Great resort
This was our 4th visit to this resort and we absolutely love it. The staff worked so hard to make our stay special.

Love this resort
Amazing resort. Massive.Tons of animals to see. We stayed in the Royal section and loved it! So much to see and do at this resort. Good food. Lots of options! Love the adult only pool. Just a short walk to xcaret park. One of our favorite resorts!

Terrible to say the least
Terrible food, customer service, no music or animation. Never returning again. We were a group of 20 for a family gathering. One of the worst experiences ever. Be aware they dot even have free coffee in the lobby. Not like other all inclusive hotel. Trying to get a reservation at the theme restaurants it’s mission impossible as they always claim to be fully booked. The bar at the swimming pool has no music and the Coco Bingo guy is a scammer.
A must see..
Great hotel! Lots to do... food is mediocre, but worth the stay! Monkeys and critters are fun! !!!!!
