Eduardo and Jhovany were excellent and very professional. Our service was great and dinner was amazing. Loved the ambient and the ocean view. We will definitely come back and do this again!
We are Hard Rock members. We were at the HRHRM for two weeks , July 28 to August 11. The trip was better than expected. We thought the heat would be unbearable. It was not. There is always a refreshing caribbean breeze.
The transportation , food , shows and service were excellent. This hotel is one of our favorite HRHs. Our Butlers Irwin and Vinz were excellent. Thank you for our reservations and assistance.
We would recommend lunch and breakfast at Faro's. Maria and Max provided excellent service.at Faro Max. Fried shrimp was my daily lunch. Yum !!
We would recommend daily walking trips around the properties. There are many animals to see. Monkey's , iguanas , deer, etc are exciting to watch. This is our favorite HRH to walk at.

Willie took good care was a great pool guy always made sure my sister had a chair in shade,, she is in remission from cancer Marteen was great with making sure we had drinks all the time. Jorge was great making sure we always had drinks.
