Mind blowing experience, try it.
The word fantastic does not does not do this resort justice. All rooms have a hot tub in them, most have a hammock on the balcony. There are restaurants and food stalls everywhere, the resort it that huge you need to call for a golf buggy to help you get around. Staff are really friendly and helpful, they all have a smile on them, Ovi from the entertainment team was always on the go , getting people to join in games. One night there was a show on in the convention centre, which is a huge building, the air conditioning was so cold , you needed to go outside to get warm, amazing. As you can imagine there is music everywhere, resulting in great shows, the Mariachi band was brilliant, especially the two singers. Daughter needed the doctor , charged her $200 to take her blood pressure and recommended she got to hospital ( his recommendation another friend) $600 more rip off. Everything about this place is amazing, I am worried that this holiday will now be a new benchmark, thank you all.
Family Vacation at the Hardrock Riviera Maya
The family and I just got back last week and we had a great time. The service was outstanding and food was great. Our Butlers, Paola and Omar couldn't have been more attentive to our needs and requests. They constantly checked on us and made sure everything we asked for was accommodated and without haste. They did this all with a smile and made sure they followed up to ensure we were happy and satisfied. If everyone in your party is an adult, we recommend the Eden Pool. The staff at this pool was wonderful. The bartenders were always pleasant and quick, especially Carlos. If we needed assistance with a chair or umbrella, the pool staff was right there happy to help, especially Sigmundo. If you are lucky enough to be a Hall Of Fame member you could and definitely want to enjoy breakfast and lunch at FARO restaurant, just as we did each day. The food and the staff were incredible. The Manager Maria, Hostess' Jessi and Keila, Chef Sol, and the amazing waitstaff Manu, Marco, Charly, Maleni, Vanessa all made us feel very comfortable.

This is my second time staying here with my family. We love the atmosphere and the shows. Excelent food, drinks and service, the staff was amazing but special mention to Diego and Naef for making our vacation an unforgettable experience.
Great experience at HR Riviera Maya
We had a great experience! The food and service was great! The rooms were always clean and with everything we needed it. The pools always had activities all inclusive for families! Everyone was always friendly, especially our butlers “ Paola and Omar” they always made sure we had a great experience and that we had everything we needed!

Best experience ever !! Good service at any time!! Great service from William and the Supervisors Cecilia and Aaron at the water park , they are really great team( Wilbert , Orlando and Diego , thanks guys) ! I absolutely will comeback.
