I want to first mention that the staff at both the hotel and the restaurants were wonderful. AUGUSTIN, And his staff went out of thier way to make every meal perfecto! Our room was very nice as well as the common areas of the resort. Plenty of activities were available at no additional cost. It is our third time staying at Eldorado Maroma. It will not be our last. Thanks to Lomas group and all the employees that make sure it all goes smoothly.
This was truly the most amazing vacation!! The staff was incredible! Some of our favorite team members were Naomi Mafer, Angel, Tristan, Alex, and Chris! They made us feel like family and took great care of us! We got to paddle board, snorkel, and so many other amazing activities were included in the stay! The food was delicious! The rooms were clean! We had an amazing relaxing time on a beautiful beach with excellent food and service. Our butler Alex was a highlight of the trip. He was a great help with everything we needed to make our trip special. We will definitely request him when we return!!
Naomi, Mafer, Angel, Tristan, Alex, Cris fueron muy amables and really nice. They were some of the friendliest staff we’ve met and would love to come back because of them. Great customer service, please give them their kudos. I look forward to seeing them next year!!
