The entertainment group was very involved during our stay. They were always offering us something fun to do! From morning to late night Alex and his handcrafts, Chris the DJ…something for everyone! Mafer, and, Naomi, Alex, Angel, and Chris were Excelente! Thanks for making our trip so much fun!
I hate to not give this Resort 5/5 stars because 99.9% of the people and resort deserve it; however, the check in/out experience was 1/5 stars. Lizbeth Zeppeda made the vacation experience terrible. She stood up, raised her voice and called both my wife and i liars. We lost a room key and they tried to charge us $100 USD. Lizbeth said she verbally told us this at check in for which she ABSOLUTELY did NOT. She proceeded to call us liars neccissitating me ask for and deal with the issue with the manager. Unfortunately she is who you see to start and end your experience at the resort. Having been to the resort many many times I have confidence that she will not be there at our next visit as management takes care of these issues promptly. Nothing but great things to say about management and the resort, minus this one bad apple.
On our honeymoon we had the best time from cocktail classes to aqua aerobics, pool volleyball and dance lessons. Thanks to Naomi Mafer Angel Tristan Alex & Chris. The entertainment best team.
Our event staff is one in 1 million! Mafer, Naomi, Alex, Tristan, Angel and Cris made our stay one in 1 million and one of the best at the El Dorado properties! We are new members to the exotic travelers family, and we will definitely be back!
We've come back to El Dorado Maroma for the 3rd year in a row and have no complaints. Every year there us a new crew for entertainment. This year we had Naomi, Tristan, Angel and Marfer for all the activities. Alejandro made sure all our ducks were in a row and Chris kept the tools playing in the background. Definitely recommend the Maroma!
