Hotel is super nice except bed is so soft and bouncing but all material use is very high standard. The food in buffet only local food and repeating every day. But food in restaurant are very good and highly recommended the Japanese and French Beach was no good because so much seaweeds and muddy and rocks Services and staff are super good
Went to Barceló and had our bar staff that was the absolute best! If you get a chance to see Nathaniel Rios, Genaro Canche, or Esmeralda Dominguez tell them hello and enjoy the great drinks by the bar!
Sarahi sanchez and majo were amazing hosted great events and had a lovely time.
Nathaniel and Arturo were fantastic!! We were at the pool bar everyday and they were always there with a smile and friendly face and even drink recommendations! They for sure made the experience 10/10! We love them both!!!
