We had an absolutely amazing time at the pool with Luis on the entertainment team. He kept the energy high, the games fun, and everyone involved without ever being too pushy. We were there for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday and Luis always made us feel that we were best buddies! I just love him! A huge shoutout to the staff for being so friendly, full of energy, and making every day a blast. The poolside service was also fantastic (specially Edwin and his brother) our drinks were never empty. If you're looking for great vibes and a fun atmosphere, this team delivers!

Honestly the staff at the secrets side is amazing and made it worth it for us. Shoutout to Luis, Edwin, and Roger. And whoever’s at the pool swim up bar making coconuts.
I will say don’t come here for a nice beach or amazing food. Both are okay. Some food is good some isn’t, i’m usually picky but it wasn’t bad at all just not amazing. Disappointed the middle pool wasn’t open when it said it would be. Be sure to check on that. The party pool on breathless side is a PARTY. So fun.
10/10 would recommend we went for our honeymoon and it was truly magical. We will be recommending to friends and family!!
