We spent a lot of our time at the preferred lounge. Both Jesus and Carlos created a great experience for us. They were very friendly and made amazing drinks! Our favorite was the espresso martinis. I would come back again just to get drinks made by Jesus and Carlos.
Our experience at Secrets Riviera Cancun was great from start to finish. The staff was fabulous, great food and always something to do. We did not know that one of main pools was closed for renovations, when we booked the trip, but we made up for it in other ways. Luis, on the entertainment staff at the preferred pool was the highlight of our trip. He made every day fun and kept us busy!! Damian and Daniel the pool concierges were great and always took care of us at the pool. Damian made fabulous sand art Birthday greetings for two different birthdays we celebrated while at Secrets! Carlos at the preferred lounge made the best drinks on the property for sure! Lucien at the Rosewater restaurant was outstanding as well.
My experience at Secrets Cancun was fantastic from start to finish. There was always something to do, whether it was playing volleyball during the day, relaxing around the resort, or heading to the nightclub at night. One of the highlights for me was being able to watch the NFL opener on the huge outdoor screen. As a Seahawks fan, watching Seattle beat the Patriots in such a riveting game while surrounded by the atmosphere of the resort made it even more memorable.
The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was energetic, and there was a great mix of activities, entertainment, and nightlife. It felt like there was something going on at all times without ever feeling overwhelming. Between the volleyball, nightlife, football, great service, and overall atmosphere, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back.
This place is amazing!!! The pool was great, the beach was great, the good was great, and the rooms and cleanliness was also great. Plus, you get full access to the Breathless resort. So you can go there to eat and party, or come back to the Secrets pool and relax. The entire resort is very compact, so it only takes 5 mins to get anywhere on property. Shoutout to Daniel the cabana host who was very friendly everyday and made us an amazing sand art picture for our anniversary. Vicente running the pool bar was very friendly and made us whatever we wanted. He even made this amazing pineapple monkey drink. The best duo servers at the pool was Roger and Edwin. They were quick with a smile and the drinks, and always remembered your order. Because they wore crocs and shorts, they were able to bring our drinks to us in the pool. The only negative part of our trip at Secrets Riviera Cancun was having to leave.
10/10 resort! The atmosphere was quite and relaxing on the Secrets side. About 25-30 minutes from the central Cancun tourist zone, but close enough to enjoy everything within the area.
The service and attention to care was amazing by the staff! My family and I loved EDWIN ROGER AND URBANO! They took care of my family and I for our whole stay and provided anything we needed. Friendly and welcoming staff. The food was good as well, clean environment! Would return and visit again.
