My family and I enjoyed our annual vacation. We spent a lot of time in Diamond Club and was welcomed by Edgar and Valeria!!! They made the best drinks and amazing service !!! Our butlers Alex, Ric and Pabelo were top tier !!!

Valentine and Aldayr have truly made our vacation at Royalton Splash extra special! They have gone above and beyond to make sure our family has everything we need and have been incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. From making dinner reservations and helping us navigate the resort to filling up our pool floats (yes, even the little things!), they have been there with a smile and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality have made such a difference in our experience. We couldn’t have asked for better butlers! Valentine and Aldayr are an absolute 10/10, and we would highly recommend them to anyone staying at Royalton Splash. They are a huge part of what has made this vacation so memorable! ❤️🌴☀️

My wife, daughter, and I had an amazing time at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun. We made some beautiful family memories and truly enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Gonzalo, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure we were taken care of. He definitely made our vacation even more special. We can’t wait to come back!
