Family hols
This was a great hotel with lovely staff and good facilities, we had adjoining rooms that were fab, lovely big bathrooms and space to spread out. Check in and out was fast and easy, with a lovely greeting of a cold drink when we arrived. Pool and Beach scene were great, even with the large amounts of seaweed, the beach was kept as clean as possible, great effort by them. A lovely selection of a la Carte restaurants which is good as the buffet (although nice) was a little limited and repetitive. Service, selection of drinks, snacks etc were all great. All staff really put in the effort and deserve recognition, notably Alex from the Taj restaurant... great service and a lovely chap. Only downside was location, we knew it was remote(ish), but didn't realise you couldn't get taxi pickups from the hotel unless you use the hotel service, which does come in more expensive. All in all, a lovely stay and would return, but may look at something closer to outside amenities next time to explore easier.

Royalton Splash Family Vacation
We took a family vacation from Friday to Friday. We felt welcomed since the beginning! What made this trip special was the service we received from our butlers Rick and Alex! They went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable! Our kids (29, 18, 13, 11 years old) all connected with them. Four our anniversary, Rick and Alex decorated our room and informed the restaurant we had dinner at that it was our anniversary so we got a special anniversary dessert.
Second time here, better than the first.
This was our second time there. A great place to go with family. We had Enrique and Ivan as our butlers both years. Make sure to request them, service is second to none. Takes all the work out of vacationing here. Thanks again guys.

Excellence Service!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Royalton Splash. The staff were phenomenal. This was the best service we have received on any all inclusive trip we have been on. The pool butlers were amazing at the Diamond Pool. They looked after us and truly made the trip. As well, our butlers Alejandro and Aldayr ensured we were well looked after. They kept us updated on everything happening and were responsive to all of our requests. We had to stay a couple of extra days as our flight was cancelled and they continued to check in regularly even though they were not assigned to us. We appreciated their personalized service from Alejandro and truly enjoyed the conversations. Thank you for making this trip one we will remember.
