Coming to the end of our 2 week stay at Royalton splash riviera and I must say it has been a fantastic time had by all, the hotel itself is fantastic for all ages. The food, there really is something for everyone, our favourite has been zen and the taj restaurants. The wait staff can’t honestly do enough for you. Our favourite pools have been the main pool where all the games are played but honestly dips swim up bar has by far been the best. We have met so many great people had some great laughs. Pedro and Denis have been the highlight of our stay 2 amazing hard working guys. It’s going to be hard leaving here on Saturday.
Amazing week away. Bulters Alex and Ric was fantastic! Diamond club pool bartender Edgar was a real mixologist and thr best! Food at the restaurants was delicious. Mayan show was great too!
My family of 6 was here September 1st to September 8th. The room was great we were able to an adjoining room so our 4 kids could stay in one room and my husband and I could have the other room. Always kept clean. First, I would say the grounds are beautiful. There’s enough pools and water attractions. I never felt like the pools and water attractions were overcrowded, which is great. Their staff is friendly, the entertainment was also just ok nothing to rave about. overall our experience was OK. The issues we had was my husband‘s room key didnt work just the kids so we would always need to have a kid with us in order to get into our room we went to the front desk multiple times and my key wasn’t fixed until day 3, my husband’s, never. The app, we experienced some of the same problems. It was difficult for us to book as a family of six and I always had to go to their info points to be able to book restaurants, by the time I was able to most of the restaurants were fully booked out didn’t take our family size 🙄The Score sports bar is slow took us 1hr 20 to get our food. The food overall on the resort is mediocre we found Zen to be one of the best restaurants 10/10. The beach is horrible if you’re going for the beach, don’t go. And there’s also almost always someone upselling, we were approached multiple times on the resort by different reps to get us to come to a meeting to be apart of their Prime Club membership. We went once they said 1.5 hrs, it was closer to 3hrs. We enjoyed our excursions with the tours. It seems you need to buy their upgrade to get a better experience at this hotel, which we did not do, we already paid enough to travel with 6 people. We did enjoy the cabana for one day, that was one of the best days on the resort from 10-5, butler service and private pool, great relaxation. My kids appreciated the room service, especially when they were up late and didn’t want to leave the room. We did see quite a few racoons a few nights which was hilarious to watch, people left out food by their swim up areas and the raccoons had a party Lolol

We had an incredible experience at Royalton Cancun Splash! From start to finish, the entire resort team provided professional, friendly, and exceptional service. Everything was well-organized and seamless. We especially want to highlight Pedro at the pool bar for his outstanding service and great energy—he truly made our days at the pool special. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun!
