The resort is set along a beautiful stretch of beachfront in the Riviera Maya, offering peaceful tropical surroundings with easy access to local attractions. Cancún International Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car, making it convenient for arrivals and departures. While the resort offers a complete experience on-site, guests can explore nearby areas such as Puerto Morelos, known for its charming beachfront town and coral reef for snorkelling. Day trips to Cancún’s shopping districts, nightlife, and marinas, as well as Playa del Carmen and Isla Mujeres excursions, are also easily arranged.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Isaac and Armando were so detailed oriented that we didn’t need to ask for anything. Great food, great staff, great entertainment. We love everything about this place.
It was a beautiful resort all the staff were friendly. HiIngio made our breakfast service so delightful he was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. He deserves a raise for all he does!

Great staff, spotless complex and good food. If you are after a quiet, relaxing break this is ideal but if you are looking for a bit more this may not be the place for you.
We were here at the end of the season so, apart from weekends when people came down for a few days, the hotel was half empty which meant there wasn't any problem getting a lounger at the pool but it also meant the restaurants weren't all open. This wasn't too much of a problem apart from one night when the buffet was closed and we couldn't get a booking in the Italian or Steakhouse and didn't want to stand about waiting as a "walk-in" so settled for room service.
There were only two bars at night, the Salted Rim which was a cocktail bar and the Landshark. Neither one had a great selection of drinks and the Landshark brewed their own beer so you were stuck with that. Both had only one or two staff behind the bar so you could have a wait if someone ahead was getting a few drinks.
Entertainment wise the Landshark alternated between a singer, duo and karaoke and the Boathouse buffet restaurant had traditional dancers a couple of nights. During the day there was the odd quiz at the pool and daily water netball. There was also a wine tasting and brewery tour.
One thing to note is that some online videos show a beach but this was washed away a couple of years ago and hasn't been re-instated.
This hotel is very clean, staff is incredibly attentive, and the food was very good. The problems here are the lack of a beach, and entertainment. If you're old, shy, or just want to go to sleep at 8 pm, its perfect for you. THERE IS NO BEACH. None. The entertainment only exists at the Landshark bar and rotates between a duo, karaoke, and a single singer. There are a few activities at the pool bar, but not many. We have traveled to numerous places in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya, and this was the worst place for entertainment. We enjoyed our stay, because we have a tendency to meet people and make our own fun, but we wont go back to this resort. 🤷♀️
