Great Resort!
We stayed at Margaritaville for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The resort is beautiful and always kept very clean and well stocked. The service here was by far the most amazing and all the staff here are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone always greets you and checks in on you with whatever you need. There is always fun activities to join such as the mixology class, bracelet making and fun DJ sessions and foam parties! The food here was very good and really enjoyed all the restaurants at the resort. Highly recommended trying the Carner and ceviche tacos (Octopus) at the License to Chill Bar.
Huge shout out to Marcello, Erik, Esteban, Mariel, Ivan, Baldo, Jorge, Eduardo, Laura and Max for making our experience even more great. Your service is outstanding and should be recognized. Thank you all and thank you Margaritaville for a memorable vacation. We will definitely return! 😊
Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya Bliss
Perfect quiet but entertaining break at a wonderful place which earns all of its 5 stars and more. In particular the standard of the room and its upkeep was superb thanks to Victoria. But the star of the show is the staff in general- they cannot do enough for you and are so helpful and warm. To a person our dealings have been out of this world and it has been a pleasure to converse and have all our whims chartered for. Special mentions to Jaime, Anthony, Erick and Maximilio who made our stay wonderful.
Recommend thoroughly and would love to return, despite living so far away.

Amazing hotel, beautiful food and rooms. Super super clean. The people can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be returning. Erick was amazing at breakfast and Javier in the Italian restaurant on an evening.

Beautiful hotel , staff are all amazing , Erick in the buffet looks after your every need , brilliant , can’t wait to come back , could do with a bit more to do on a night , that’s my only moan and it’s a very small one
