We spent 10 days at Margaritaville in Mexico and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — attentive, friendly, and always seemed to genuinely care about making our stay special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service stayed consistent every single day of our stay, which is impressive over 10 days.
The restaurants were a real highlight — great variety, lovely settings, and the food quality was consistently excellent throughout our stay. We never got bored of the options, and the service in the restaurants matched the attentiveness we experienced everywhere else in the resort.
The facilities were fantastic too — well maintained, plenty to do, and everything felt well thought out for guests looking to relax or stay active.
The icing on the cake was being there over the 4th of July — the celebrations were amazing, and it was clear the whole resort had made a real effort to make it a memorable event for guests.

Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya (Adults Only) was spotless, the food was excellent, and the vibe was unbeatable. Noel made us feel like family from the start — his hospitality set the tone for an amazing stay. We even got to watch our KC Chiefs game at Landshark, and the lady managing that night (wish I remembered her name!) was incredible. She kept everything running smoothly and made the whole experience fun. After the game, the live band was outstanding — the energy was electric and we had an absolute blast. Between the service, the atmosphere, and the entertainment, this trip was unforgettable.
Great stay. Can't wait to come back. Carmen at Joe merchants was amazing and very kind to us. Also at the Boathouse Erik, Bambino, Noel were amazing !!!! Moises was a great bartender at 5 o clock somewhere !!
Erick was always a joy at breakfast! Every morning we had perfect service and started off our day well! Staff were so helpful and friendly each day.
