Party of Five/Birthday & Anniversary Celebration
Check in was a breeze including welcome popsicle that were very tasty. Resort is beautiful, quiet, & clean. Rooms were very spacious & maintained well. Details controlled by resort app or on your TV. Resort points added on your wristband to purchase items like beer, snacks, sodas from the coffee shop. Only four restaurants options & reservations is required for two with limited availability. Room service options was pretty good. No real entertainment & music needs to be more diverse. Resort has strict no smoking policy & you will be charged $275 extra if you smoke on your balcony so please be aware. Taxis are expensive so I suggest using uber. Excessive room entry by the housekeepers even with the DND light on. If you're looking to relax minus a crowd this is the spot but if you're looking for a party resort do your research and choose wisely.

Didn’t live up to the hype!
Totally regret booking this resort, ruined a special holiday. On arrival we were taken away “to be shown round the resort” / this turned out to be a timeshare style sales pitch! Advised we would be shown to our room after this only to be told to come back 2 hours later - despite being told hotel at 40% capacity. Waste of our day. Advertised as having 3 restaurants for dinner however only one open per night. Limited dining options. Never been at an all inclusive that didn’t have ice cream or ice lolly’s! Limited selection of items to fill your mini bar with. One shop on site in which the lady working followed us round the shop watching our every move - very uncomfortable . Left half way through holiday as we weren’t enjoying at all. Would say resort is spotless but that is about it.
