A Wonderful Experience!
Sofia and Ethan- We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Excellence Resort in Cancun, and we especially want to recognize three amazing members of the team: Amir, Neri, and Alex!
Amir and Neri were our waiters at both the Lobster House and Las Olas, and they were truly exceptional. They were attentive, respectful, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitudes and genuine hospitality created such a welcoming atmosphere and made every meal even more enjoyable.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Alex, the pickleball instructor! Alex was incredibly helpful both on and off the court. He was patient, encouraging, and always willing to help. His friendly personality and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out to us.
All three of them made our stay even more memorable. Excellence Resort is lucky to have such wonderful employees who genuinely care about their guests. We appreciate everything they did to make our vacation so special!

Excellence Riviera Cancun
The Excellence Riviera Cancun was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Food was delicious. The entertainment was entertaining. Can’t wait to return.
Outstanding Stay — And Some of the Best Food We’ve Had at an All-Inclusive
Nicky and I had an amazing stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the service was excellent, and from start to finish we felt completely taken care of.
The food was a major highlight. Chez Isabelle and Flavor Market were both fantastic, but Magna was on another level. Chef Mauricio made our experience there truly memorable—the food was absolutely outstanding and easily one of the best meals of our entire trip.
Excellence Riviera Cancun exceeded our expectations and gave us exactly the relaxing, upscale getaway we were hoping for. Beautiful resort, wonderful people, exceptional dining, and an experience we would happily repeat.
