Guests can choose between six different restaurants offering a huge variety of international cuisine and various bars and lounges where they can taste a delicious cocktail.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
My husband and I traveled for a five night get away. The resort was fabulous, staff very friendly and helpful. Yovani at the rooftop restaurant, Daniel and Carlos our concierges were excellent! Our only disappointment was the seagrass. Which was no fault of the resort but it prevented us from enjoying beach time.
We loved our stay at this location. From the moment we arrived Greeted with amazing hospitality.
The staff are all amazing and will do whatever it takes to ensure you have a high class experience at there establishment. With the on going battle of Seagrass , everyday they were out there cleaning the beach to the best of there abilities!! 👏
The entire resort is very well maintained and was always so clean from rooms to resteraunts!! Highly recommend this location!

Dream Sapphire was a great place for our family vacation. We went with seven people ranging from 10 to 60 years-old. We found there was something for everyone. Kids loved the waterslides, pools, and especially the room service. We loved the morning bike tour that goes ~5KM into Puerto Morelos and back. You get to spend 30 min. in Puerto Morelos before riding back to the resort. Definitely a highlight for me and I joined the tour four out of our five days.
The resort staff and entertainment were GREAT. Super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tony, Mar, Eduardo, and Freddy.
We were fortunate to be there for Independence Day eve (Sept 15) and the celebration for that was amazing. It didn't feel like something put on for the tourist crowd. More like a real local celebration that we were welcomed to attend and be a part of. The food overall was really good and at the Independence Day celebration it was out of this world.
The resort was nowhere near capacity during our stay and the 15th was by far the busiest day. It was great to see a whole bunch of locals came to spend their day off by the pool and to attend the evening celebration.
The sargasm seaweed problem was a damper. The staff was fighting a losing battle, getting it off the beach every morning and throughout the day. The smell was most unpleasant when the air was still. When there was a breeze though, it wasn't noticeable. The beach wasn't really usable. The water looked more like the British seaside I remember from my youth than the white sandy beaches of Mexico. We would have loved to be able to swim in the ocean and play in the sand but there was plenty of other things to do... and we did take a snorkelling excursion to Cozumel so we did get to enjoy white sand and azure waters.
All in all, a great experience and everything that was under the resort's control was excellent.

The children’s club / entertainment were great with my little 3 year old. She did some colouring, made bracelets and had her hair braided. She didn’t stay for the club but she loved talking and playing with Yaya, Fanny and Mich - they’re really welcoming and friendly! They put films on, bouncy castles and face painting on an evening which was a great idea as kept the kids entertained between dinner and the shows.
Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and inclusive of adults and kids. Hotel is clean and well kept, we often saw the grounds being maintained and walls being painted freshly.
The food is great but only negative is that some evenings not every restaurant was open which meant over an hours wait which can be tedious with young and tired children. Disappointed some nights when we wanted to eat at certain places but they were not open despite saying they were on the app. The food at the pool grill isn’t the best, average pizza and burgers. Often ate elsewhere at lunch as it was a better selection.
Shows of an evening were good and entertained the children. Great market stalls too for gifts although pricey!!
This is our 2nd visit and would come again.
Pool is 10/10 as it’s lovely and warm so both us and the kids spent hours in there. Beach wasn’t great as its seaweed season - we visited Islas mujeres for the blue sea and white sands instead.
