Amazing experience, great family friendly place to enjoy a vacation. Drinks, food and everything was amazing, accessible and wonderful. The staff was great
Great kids club!
We loved the kids club! They took wonderful care of our children and our kids had a blast! Specifically Fanny, Michel, Yaya, Nancy and Sofia! They are an amazing team and genuinely care about the kids!
Alberto and Israel are the best.
Overall the experience here was a positive one. Staff are all friendly and courteous. Grounds are well maintained. Food options were good. Service in the buffet was the highlight. Alberto and Israel are an absolute delight. Excellent service, funny and just good people in general. Please consider promoting both of these guys who worked extremely hard for all that sat in their section.
Family vacation at Dreams Sapphire
Amazing staff, and resort pool is so big with a pool bar. Ocean front property with beautiful views. Rooms were big too. Restaurants himitsu and portafino were our favourites. World cafe buffet always had different varieties of food. We loved coco cafe and getting our coffes/iced coffees . Revive bar the kids loved getting their shakes or ice creme. Overall it was a terrific vacation a special shout out to some staff members that made our vacation extra special : Sergio, Shady, Ivan (world cafe), Samantha and everyone from entertainment. (entertainment team), rooms were always cleaned. There is so much more im probably forgetting. The only unfortunate thing and its beyond their control was the sargassum on the beach which made the beach unusable.
Very relaxing all inclusive resort!
We just got back from this resort. We weren’t able to experience the blue amazing waters this time due to the time of season (seaweed season) but that is not the hotels fault. The resort was enjoyable, we had a great time at the pools, restaurants, bars and our ocean view balcony room. The staff if very attentive and work hard to please everyone. The price was good (maybe because it’s low tide season). The entertainment team is engaged and the property is big and gorgeous. The rooms are clean and our air conditioning worked great. We booked junior suite ocean front in the preferred club which gives you a vip check in, private pool and more.
