Esequiel is the reason my trip was outstanding. He treated my family like his own, so kind and considerate of our needs. Thank you to him and the team, Mariel, Angeles for their level of quality!
Esequiel and Mariel and Angeles. I love his service and he fixed my drinks very well.
Great trip. Irwin was phenomenal, he was hilarious and a great coach and made the trip much better. Also Johnathon had an amazing energy to him everyday that didn’t fade. Ask him about the Mexican bullet if you see him
Dreams Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort, and the employees provide excellent service. In fact, this is my second stay at this resort. However, I would be remiss not to point out certain things that could use some improvement. It appears that this resort has evolved into a resort that caters to families with small children. There were many children running around under foot and whining and crying throughout what would have otherwise been a nice quiet relaxing meal. Therefore, I would not necessarily recommend this resort to singles, or couples traveling without children. The food is not "bad", but the food quality has definitely declined since my previous stay at this resort. The plunge pool upgrade is well worth it. However, the decor of the rooms on the non "Preferred" side of the property is extremely outdated, drab and serious need of an upgrade. For the price point, there are adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Riviera Maya with rooms that are beautifully decorated, with nicer amenities. For this reason, I probably would not return to this particular resort. All in all, Dreams Riviera Maya is a very nice "family" resort, with wonderful staff who provide excellent customer service. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept.
Had a fantastic time at Dreams Riviera Cancún!
The Service was excellent, and we especially enjoyed Ulcy with Entertainment and Pablo with Fitness.
