Pool Concierge / Towel Service Aaron - Fantastic person to have a conversation with. Extremely attentive to his guests needs. Very much enjoyed meeting him.

Ask them all about the gringo named Shawn or Juanito who loved to dance. They will all know who I am. As a person who works in the service industry I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for these people.
The bad reviews that people have put on Reddit and other review websites have no appreciation for what goes into what Breathless offers. We give the staff and the resort a 1000 out of 1000. We are grateful to be so lucky to have stayed there.

Best vacation ever
This is one of the absolute best resorts we have ever stayed at. What makes it great is the incredible staff. They are friendly, always welcoming and they actually remembered us from our first visit 2 years ago which blew me away. They go above and beyond in every single area of hospitality always - EVERY SINGLE TIME. Expect a vibrant, fun and immensely well-run entertainment selection both at the pool and in the evenings. 5-star cuisine that is not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. The dining experience comes with service that goes above and beyond with every meal and drink order. There are a ton of different ethnicities of cuisine to choose from as well. The beach was also beautiful. It was a huge improvement from the last time we visited where you really could not swim or enjoy it as much. This year the beach offered lounging and swimming that was just as inviting as the pool. The rooms are all exceptionally luxurious and welcoming, giving you the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy a cool respite from the Mexican humidity after a day at the pool or beach. In every aspect of hospitality this resort scores a 15 out of 10 for me. We cannot wait to return next year. It was THE ABSOLUTE PERFECT VACATION. A sincere, heartfelt thank you to everyone at Breathless Riviera Cancun who made this a vacation will will never forget and talk about forever.

Secrets and Breathless Rivera Cancun
Victor the pool concierge Xhale pool, Damien and Daniel at the Secrets Pool were fantastic. Jesus and Carlos Leon at the preferred club bar were great. Yaneli and Elizabeth the host at Spoon were very helpful.
