I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was conveniently located to the airport and outside the hotel zone. Super clean, very friendly, lots of entertainment, very helpful they go above and beyond. I loved my experience. Great food selections. Elevated experience in my opinion.
Compared with 10 years ago (yes I understand a lot changed) its no more then 3* resort unfortunately. Ever since big corporation got it its not being taken care like it use to be .
We went for a bachelor party and enjoyed the resort and how social people were. The food was mediocre, but the service made up for it. The pools were clean and full of social events while the nights were classy and fun. Mayra from the breakfast buffet greeted us with a warm smile each morning and made sure our day was off to a great start. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and helpful. And I had a wonderful time chatting with Cesar each day that he helped out with the lunch near the pool.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, and everything made our trip feel relaxing and special.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would absolutely stay here again!
We went for a bachelorette party and this spot delivered! Easy on the budget and very beautiful hotel design. We had the rooms on the first floor with the swim up pools with consecutive rooms so we got to hang out outside.
Best meal is breakfast at the Spoon buffet and dinner at Picante. Sad that lunch options were more limited... I wanted my clean protein for lunch but only Asian options at Spoon buffet (I'm chinese so it's not great) and bar bites at the swim up bar (tasty but junk food adjacent). Picante was amazing though, but it's a given since we're in Mexico! I would chose to have my meals there the entire stay if I could.
Drinks were plenty of mocktails and tequila, but I wish they had hangover friendly drinks like hot tea or coconut water.
Club was fine, but music was a bit repetitive. Requested music from the DJ but no avail, our songs were never played.
Overall we still had a blast and a great bachelorette party!
