Front desk staff are very polite and courteous especially Beatriz and Rene. They went above and beyond in accommodating our request. Excellent service is what they are.
Beautiful hotel, and pools were amazing. Food was decent, but selection of alcohol in the all inclusive could have been better.
Royal Haciendas is a great place to go and just relax. September is usually quieter since it's considered off season. There weather is always delightful and warm with an occasional rain shower. But who cares! It is still 80 degrees. Staff is friendly and if you go every year, you get to know most of them.
We are Members of the Royal Haciendas and we have returned every year since their opening in 2026 (even during Covid years!) What brings us back, primarily, are the incredible staff. All are hard working, kind, friendly and very helpful. The grounds are immaculate and the villas super clean and well kept up. The Activities staff of Hector, Ileana. Charlie, Yamir, Kareem, Jesus, and Marco make Aquaeobics, Lotteria, Casino Night, Bingo and a variety of other activities very entertaining. Thank you to all for making the Royal Haciendas our home away from home.
