amazing location, beautiful fauna and flora, friendly and helpfull personel, only problem was a queue to the restaurant.
We had an amazing time! The extra special staff who were so kind and remarkable were Alfonso and the entertainment team, Julio, Fredy and Eduardo are amazing bartenders! The rooms are dated and lack amenities while the buffet lacks variety. The property is clean and the maintenance team is always tending to the landscape and beach sand. They are very strict to excess the gated community of Playacar, so be prepared to ask for a QR access code.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is warm and welcoming but nobody beats Julio at « la Chiquita » bar on the beach!
Everything was exalent, the kids club helps a lot, personal is very kind over there! Viri is the best teacher in a club
