really bad and sad
I went to impressions by secrets with my family for 4 nights this week. i booked 2 rooms with amex fine hotels and 1 with chase the edit. i emailed them to try to arrange travel to and from the airport. they connected me with another company. i agreed to the booking and gave them my flight info. i didn't realize that the return email they sent me wasn't a confirmation but rather a link to pay. so when i arrived the airport transfer was cancelled. concierge was on the email chain and when they saw that they should have called me. however we finally get to the property and in order to check in you need to speak to 6 people. it was very annoying. we just wanted to get our rooms but we were being sold on a timeshare. i wasn't interested. i am also a globalist with hyatt and i try very much to stay at the high end hyatts. however this was a big miss for me. it is very hot and humid in the area. the rooms are larger than regular rooms. they also have a nice secret door if you want to leave dishes in there and not be disturbed. the shower pressure was very good as well. however all three rooms smelled like mold and the sheets were damp. i kept calling them and it was never fixed. in addition there are tons of mosquitos and we all kept getting bitten. i feel bad because i am a big fan of hyatt but this place needs help. i would never stay here again. in fact i moved up the road for the last three nights to the st regis kanai and it was truly wonderful. the rooms were dry and cool, no mosquitos and no-one trying to sell me a timeshare.

Amazing resort with amazing service. Stayed impressions and highly satisfied. Mariela and Maria were our butler's and they were fantastic. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay!
This resort has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Everything is close, yet it did not seem crowded. The service is amazing and all the different pools makes it a great place to relax.

The perfect honeymoon resort!
Impressions Moxché was by far the nicest resort we have ever been to! From the absolutely beautiful property and incredible pools to the amazing restaurants and outstanding staff, everything exceeded our expectations.
We came here for our honeymoon, and Impressions truly checked every box we could have wanted for a tropical, classy, relaxing, and fun resort. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and that we were taken care of the entire time.
A special shoutout to Daniel, David, Eduardo, Ilse, and Jose for helping make our honeymoon so amazing! We can’t thank you all enough. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend Impressions Moxché to anyone looking for an incredible getaway. We already can’t wait to come back!
