BEST MEXICAN EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
We came in July of 2026. Food was amazing. Service was exceptionally amazing. We would love to give 6 stars if we could. The Gourmex Mexican restaurant was excellent with delicious food. Aron and Alfonso were extremely awesome and friendly, always providing great service. Overall, 10/10 experience we highly recommend!

Needs some work
We visited this resort knowing it had some issues but the price was hard to beat. As we expected the food was not good. The views were beautiful. Cleanliness is the real issue. Lots of sickness and it was obvious why, not much cleaning or sanitation going on.

Tonight we ate at the Gormex restaurant at Sandos Playacar and Ricardo was our server. He was amazing and so was the food. Ricardo took great care of us!! From appetizer to dessert, everything was soooo good. We received such good service!! I highly recommend!!!
