A beautiful resort with a very friendly staff amazing restaurants with great cuisine The grounds are well maintained and very clean ,Rooms are spacious very clean and comfortable The spa crew Yamara and Lupita provide us with a great massage The spa manager Jessica a very friendly person I would thank all personal starting from the bellboy to the cleaners and bar tenders for the hospitality that they provide The only downside that I believe is that the bar were they provide the entertainment needed to have air conditioning because it gets to hot and uncomfortable
This place is beautiful, but I wish the food was made with the same quality control from day to day. Also we spent almost 3 hrs in Spices restaurant for a meal. Not sure what was wrong with the kitchen, but that was a little ridiculous. Lastly, our rooms AC unit was leaking from the ceiling, they came and stopped the leak but the room was really humid and hot after that, they didn’t offer anything else to help with that problem. It was disappointing.
Second time here, loved everything. Everyone was very friendly and the property was well maintained.
We were looking for a resort to celebrate our anniversary and this is the resort we choose and it checked off almost every box! Check in/Arrival. Fast! No time sales pitch and no wristband!! Bellman took us to our room and explained somethings about the resort and the room. Could have used more explanation about the light switches in the room. A/c and fan were off upon arrival. I turned them on and room cooled and stayed cool our entire stay.
Room. Was very clean and spacious. The most comfortable bed!! Shower was good except for surges in the hot water and I could turn the cold knob all day Room fridge was not the coldest. Coffeemaker in room was small for 2 people and I thought coffee was hard to find at this resort!! Could have used a coffee place.
Restaurants Pallazzo was our favorite. we do not have least favorite. Reservations are needed in advance do not wait till you arrive! Reservations are treated like gold! Was dissapointed we did not get the show cooking table.
Best Beach area by far!!! Every employee was friendly an worked hard to make sure we were doing great. Very well maintained resort beach and restaurants.
Love the resort. Small, which we love. Great restaurants! Can't wait to go back. If you want a small resort that caters to you, this is the place!
