We adore the entire team at Playacar. We are welcomed with smiles and hugs every time. The Chefs go above and beyond for us and we have had some of the most amazing meals. The spa is fantastic. We can could go on and on about all the amazing people....here is just a short list.

This is the 4th year in succession that we have stayed at The Plycar Palace. No we are not members it's just brilliant! The rooms are superb. All,and I mean all, the staff are friendly , helpful and efficient. The food is excellent, I would not get bored eating in the buffet for my entire stay. The location is spot on. 2 min. walk from the town and ferry terminal. My only criticism would be that you can no longer use the facilities at the Cozumel Palace. It doesn't make sense. I'm not eating or drinking any more there than I would at The Plycar Palace. It just appears unnecessarily mean. Having said that, we plan to visit again next year God willing. Once again, thank you to all the wonderful staff.
