Great service and staff . Sushi was amazing. The pool very relaxing and tranquil. The drinks were decent. The tacos were amazing I did not have to really eat out at any restaurant you get a lot of food options here. Some days lunch dinner were Ala carte which were good. Good size shrimp during lunch and dinner.
I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel so much went wrong and so much to say so ima make this brief Juan Bolarnos the manager came in our room the 1st nite and said a guess said they smelled marijuana he check our room and smelled nothing and left why the next morning we was at the pool left something in the room went to get it all to see we was locked out our room mind you we paid $1750 to stay for 4 nites so we went to the desk and Rosario Ortiz the manager said she had to search the room because a guess said they smelled weed so I let her she even went so far to search the bed with a flash lite for crumbs she wasn’t gonna find and she smelled nothing but said I had to pay $250 extra because someone said they smelled it mind you the manager guy came in the nite before and said he smelled nothing so I’m confused as to why she came the next day why is it we had to automatically be profiled as to having weed she is rude and she racially profiled me and my family we was the only black family on the resort at the time she wasn’t pleasant at all also the food was horrible only good place was the Italian restaurant on vacation you wanna drink and enjoy the bar it don’t open to 11am to serve drinks and close at 11pm there is no parting after that because the raccoon family takes over the resort even walked out the room and they was playing freeze tag in the hallway I couldn’t even leave back out my room I would never stay here again and if your young and like to party and enjoy this is not the place for you other than that the rest of the staff was very friendly
The only good thing about the entire place is our room and it’s not even upgraded
