The experience was top notch. Alfonso our driver/luggage friend was so fun and nice. He knew everyone’s name. Yasser our butler made our stay very smooth. All attention to detail was made. Our daily room housekeeping was impeccable. Great time on catamaran with our private group.
My husband and I came to palafitos for our honeymoon and we will be back! The service was amazing and we were treated like royalty. All the food was amazing and the excursions were great. We had so much fun snorkeling off of our bungalow or going to the swim up bar in the main pool. Our butler’s, Fernanda & Yasser were amazing and made sure we always had everything we needed and were happy, Fernanda even made us some stickers to take home with us🩷 Alberto, our golf cart driver, or “Ferrari” driver as he called it was so pleasant and nice and always got us to our destinations quickly and safely. He even went into the store with me and carried my stuff! Everyone here works so hard and it pays off, we love palafitos!

Came here for our anniversary, it was amazing!!! We stayed at the bungalows on the water. One word, heaven! Absolutely gorgeous and the service from the butlers and staff is impeccable
