The Ocean Riviera Paradise is a new five-star resort located in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya. Guests staying in the El Beso Adults Only area can enjoy the rest of the resort's facilities and services: a wide range of dining options with themed restaurants and bars, the Despacio Spa Centre, sports area and diving centre among other services.
Resort area recommended for guests aged 18 and over and with exclusive access for El Beso clients.
Guest are required to make advance reservations for the restaurants Sakura, Steak house and La Locanda.

Adrian was a dream!
I meant to write this review when we returned from our trip (but life got busy). We stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradise for 5 nights in a privilege suite. We went for both of our daughters birthdays and we were so excited when we arrived at the door of our beautiful room to find it decorated with birthday decorations. From the moment we arrived at the resort until the moment we left we had nothing but the upmost wonderful and beautiful experience. We booked a privilege suite so we were blessed with access to the privilege lounge (AMAZING) where we had drinks as well as dined for breakfast/lunch/dinner. This resort is phenomenal! The buffet is amazing, the restaurants are superb, the beach is wonderful and the pools are magnificent. The service goes above and beyond but, because we booked a privilege suite we were pleasently surprised to find out it came with a buttler service...even better was our phenomenal buttler Adrian. He was AMAZING and truly one of the main reasons we've booked a return trip to this resort. We never rebook resorts because we like to try them all, but Adrian stood out (and I told all my friends and family). He went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing stay (amd he definitely succeeded). My mom and sister were so impressed with what I told them that they also booked a trip here, along with some other friends of mine. Mainly all of these bookings are because Adrian showed us the most amazing stay and literally provided us with 5 star service. Thank you so much for everything! We were the family with the 2 daughters Bella and Mia and stayed July 30-Aug 4. We can't wait to come back in June!

Been awesome! Jorge at check in was amazing! Quick… Easy… Antonio our butler is great. Drove us through the resort and pointed out several key interests, made reservations for our dinner and got us all set up with apps, internet and everything else.
Family Lounge
Animation/Entertainment Team was very nice and polite,the Programm with greogorio was fun we would come Here back.
