Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Main buffet was closed so that food choices were limited. Very bad seaweed on Privledge side. Alfredo was our butler and he was amazing. Very attentive and we never lacked for anything. Recommend coming but during different season to avoid as much seaweed.

We traveled here from England, for our honeymoon. We had the best time. We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The accommodation, the hospitality and the atmosphere are perfect. We were made to feel so welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. This is a small resort, with everything you need to enjoy you stay in Mexico and make amazing memories.
This hotel is amazing, everything is close and the view is great, if you want to relax but at the same time do activities this is the place, the hotel have shows at night and activities during the day like tequila seminar with Viridiana and Pilar.
Had a great time again at the ocean maya again. From check in with Carolina to the service from the bartenders, waiters and waitresses everything was incredible. The room was great the beds are really comfortable and the food was fantastic. It’s not my first time at the hotel and won’t be the last. I’d like to make a special mention of Jony, eber, Diego and Roberto at the pool bar. You guys are great and thanks for everything. At the lobby bar Octavio, Jorge, isai, Rey, Tigre, Augustine, yovannetti y Edith. Thanks very much for making my vacation so special. I can’t wait to see you all again.
