I would not recommend
The resort is very old with a lot of issues, the A/C in our room was not working, the new room they moved us to had a semi working A/C as well, we spent the night sweating. The A/C issues are very noticeable across the resort, including the gym and restaurants, where you could feel where the A/C is just not working.
Food quality is probably the worst I have had in any resort in the Cancun area, including cheaper options.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and we had a fantastic time! Everyone here was so amazingly welcoming and helpful. Fernanda and Fernanda Diaz were so helpful with answering our questions. We played a few great games of water volleyball with Gretel and Jasmine who were stellar and made sure everyone was included. The highlight of our entire trip was spending nearly all of our daylight hours by and in the main pool and it was made all the more relaxing and enjoyable because of Diana. She was extremely attentive, made sure we always had drinks in hand, and always did so with a big smile and so much enthusiasm!

Beautiful resort, need management to do better with nighttime activities
The hotel is beautiful and not too far from the airport. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon which took 40 minutes and departed on a Sunday late morning which only took 30 minutes. If you appreciate a zen like atmosphere at night with very little to NO nighttime entertainment, then this is the hotel for you. During the day you’ll find plenty to eat, drink, be waited on, etc. Go to the beach, pool, spa, gym, eat and drink to your hearts content. However after dinner, just go to bed.
Best all inclusive
The junior suite with swim out private pool and ocean view was amazing! Definitely worth it. The pictures online don’t do it justice! My butler Fernanda was absolutely amazing and helped make my trip as wonderful as it was! I was disappointed the regular pool closed at 7, I didn’t understand why so early.

Fourth trip, this place has our vibe! We will be back soon. The staff is considerate and amazing. Each person there makes you feel special.
