The following staff members made our trip truly special, and we would like to recognize them for their outstanding service:

Alejandria (Food Staff Manager) – Alejandria always greeted us with a warm smile and the utmost professionalism. She consistently checked on us during our meals, asking how everything was and how our day had been. Her genuine care made every dining experience even more enjoyable.

Edgar (Entertainment) – Edgar was incredibly helpful, energetic, and fun to be around. Whether he was hosting blackjack or leading movie trivia, he brought enthusiasm and laughter that made every activity memorable.

Reuben (Entertainment) – Reuben was always busy creating excitement and encouraging guests to participate in the many sports and activities. His positive energy was contagious and added so much fun to our stay.

Luis, Eusebio, Carolina, Miguel Perez, and Elida (Servers) – These individuals were consistently polite, professional, attentive, and caring. They made every meal a pleasure and always ensured we felt welcome and well looked after.

Suriel (Bellman) – Suriel took care of our luggage upon both our arrival and departure. He was such a kind, caring, and friendly person who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we left.

The wonderful woman at the Coffee Shop/Social Bar and the woman at the breakfast omelette grill – We are so sorry that we forgot to write down your names. You both greeted us every day with warm smiles and obvious pride in the coffee and omelettes you prepared. Your thoughtfulness and friendly service did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated your kindness.

Michelle (Poolside) – Michelle always made a point of bringing us fresh towels and checking in to see how our day was going. She was consistently kind, thoughtful, and attentive, making our time by the pool even more relaxing.

We would also like to acknowledge the gentleman who was serving drinks poolside and on the beach. Although, we did not order a drink from you , both my wife and I noticed that you took your job seriously by the way in which you walked quickly, to and from the bar and guests.

To all of these incredible staff members, thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. You each played a part in making our vacation unforgettable, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional service you provided. We wish each and everyone of you all the best in the future! We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya celebrating our anniversary! We stayed in a Club Level pool-view swim-up suite, and the service truly made this resort stand out.

Our butler, Cristian, was exceptional. He made all of our dinner reservations as soon as we arrived, kept us stocked with bottles of my favorite wine, and even surprised us by decorating our room for our anniversary. His attention to detail made our stay feel so special.

The food was excellent, with the Italian restaurant and sushi being our favorites. We never had trouble getting dinner reservations when we booked them upon arrival. The drinks were fantastic, especially in the Club Lounge where they served top-shelf liquor.

There were always plenty of chairs available by the pool, so we never had to worry about finding a place to relax. We also enjoyed several of the included activities. The complimentary catamaran ride to a nearby cenote with Miguel was a highlight, and both the ceviche class and the Tortilla class were a lot of fun. We also enjoyed yoga, pilates, hydrotherapy, and an ice bath (all included).

The only downside for us was the beach. Due to the sargassum, it wasn’t very swimmable and the odor kept us from spending much time there. Fortunately, the beautiful pools and outstanding service more than made up for it.

Overall, this is a wonderful resort with exceptional staff, great food and drinks, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya, especially if you’re looking for a resort where the service goes above and beyond.
