A trip to Tropical Paradise.
Our trip to the Riviera Maya was amazing. The location was convienient and very easy to get to from the airport. We arrived within 45 minutes. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and very well maintained. Attention was given to every detail. The staff spoiled us from the minute we arrived. Our concierges, Alfonso and Braulio were very attentive, polite, and took care of our every request. They provided information daily for suggested activites, weather and schedules. If you want a trip to a tropical paradise this is it!

Riviera maya best resort experiences
This is by far one of the best resorts in service,value and cleanliness but for me even more important was my personal concierge,she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable,(getting us dinner reservations,guiding us with spa services and also guiding us for our tour outside the hotel in 5th avenue and isla Cozumel) I am so much grateful for the hotel staffs to put so much extra efforts for the guest to enjoy to the fullest !!

Piece of paradise
I have been to other hotels in riviera maya buy grand velas is in another category. Starting from the checking the attention to detail, our concierge attending our needs. The room has all the amenities that you could think of. The food and the drinks were excellent. The beach and the pool service were awesome. I was impressed with the atmosphere and the tranquility of the hotel. Looking forward to come back

This was my 5th time at this resort. My niece and | love it so much, we come twice a year! At the Bistro for breakfast and lunch, I couldn't ask for more attention and service. In fact, Fernando and Isaac remembered my love of mimosas! Luz also very attentive and personal. They even brought me the chef, Mario, as I was in love with his butter shrimp and tapioca dish. Finally… a special shout out to Jorge at the pool who treated me like a queen along with Yasmin, Reyes and Gabriella!!! We will be back in March 2027 A very special place
