We traveled here early October, being a Special Event specialist with triple digits travel in this area of Mexico alone feel we have a vast level of knowledge & experience of what to expect. I must say FM well exceeded our level of anticipatory sterling service, fabulous food/bev quality, and exclusive atmosphere.
The absolute jewel in this crown of glory came from HUGO with his impeccable beachside service and genuine contagious warmth. He overwhelmed us with a level of service that felt both invisible and omnipresent. We cannot give him enough kudos. He is the epitome of pampering and equally feeling like you are home.
We also would like to mention that Victor expertly glided us through the waterways and narrated a informative and fun experience.
We could go on and on but most importantly have spread the word to both clients and friends. We most certainly will be back sooner, than later. Mucho Gracias and Nos encanta nuestro resort.!!!!

The Fairmont Mayakoba continues to be one of our favorite destinations for our events. This was our third time bringing a group to the property, and once again, the experience was exceptional.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful. From the lush grounds and waterways to the beach and stunning event spaces, it creates an incredible backdrop and a true sense of place from the moment you arrive.
What really sets the Fairmont Mayakoba apart, though, is the staff. The level of service and attention to detail is outstanding. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure our guests had an amazing experience.
A special thank you to Ana Garcia, who was wonderful to work with throughout our event. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and commitment to our group were so appreciated. When you are responsible for an event and the experience of your guests, having a hotel partner you can trust makes all the difference.
And the food! Every meal and event was beautifully executed, with incredible food, thoughtful presentation and consistently excellent service.
There is a reason we have chosen to return to the Fairmont Mayakoba three times. It is a spectacular property, but more importantly, it is the people who make it so special. We are incredibly grateful to Ana and the entire Fairmont Mayakoba team for another memorable and successful event!
