We had a wonderful experience at the Wyndham Grand Cancun Spa! The massages were absolutely fantastic and so relaxing. A special thank you to Marcia, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. She checked in with us to make sure our massages were booked and that everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail and friendly service really stood out. We truly appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend the spa and the Wyndham Grand for a relaxing stay!
Our 41st anniversary trip. Wyndham Grand treated us royalty. Clarissa, Chema and waiter Adam welcomed us and took great care. Also the 2 Barista ladies are special and caring. In fact everyone we encountered at Wyndham Grand was welcoming and attentive to our every need. We will return next September for our 42nd anniversary trip. Thanks to everyone at Wyndham Grand Resort for a special and memorable trip. See you next September.
First I wanna say is I did not really pick this location. I thought I was going to dream resort for vacation. I booked it on Expedia never again I book with them also as soon as I got to this resort, it was just them trying to sell me some type of timeshare, but I went with the flow because I was so over my experience getting to this location from the airport, I didn’t even have transportation. I had to pay for it due to Expedia and they don’t have enough restaurants to eat in. You have to make reservations at 9am and if you don’t you have to eat at the buffet or beach. I’ve traveled other resorts for instance, last year to Hyatt was beautiful, but to each is own One good thing I could say about this resort was I had breakfast finally my last three days here with this phenomenal waiter took care of me and my husband the whole time we were here they need to have more people like him. He was the perfect person to make your vacation go well. I gave him all my tips because he deserves everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
