Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
If you're a teenager or above 18, you will make so many friends and its an awesome experience, I personally loved the staff and the people here. Very respectful, one of the best resorts and vacation i have had in a while!
What an amazing experience, made even more special by the outstanding staff. This is the perfect spot whether you're a young person looking for some fun or a family looking for a relaxed holiday. There really is something for everyone.
And let's not forget the amazing entertainment and sports staff, who perfectly captured the warmth, welcoming spirit, and kindness of the Mexican people. A very special shout-out to Damian, Dadnes, Xochi, Jesus and Gabriele!
It has genuinely been one of my most memorable stays, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming and unforgettable holiday.
loved the food service! Karla was a great host ! Edwin was the best server ! He made sure to take really good care of us also very attentive and made sure we were satisfied. He was fantastic.
Room service was very poor. No towels , no toilet paper, No water, Also no daily cleaning. We had to keep calling for toilet paper only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per room it was 4 of us. Water they gave only 3 bottles as well as towels. Was disappointed but overall was a great experience. They need to improve.
Fast friendly service. Excellent waiter.
This trip was a gift from my best friend for my birthday and my friend cannot even look at me in the eyes after the experience I had.
First the concierge Leo communication is unbearable. He reach out to us before our arrival day to asked “how many guest were traveling and if we had arrange transportation” we responded with our flight itinerary and let him know that there were 2 of us. He send us the link on where to arrange the transportation and I never heard from this gentleman again.
We received not confirmation that our vehicle was booked, we didn’t know how or who to look for at the airport, he literally went silence after that.
At the time of arrival, we were picked up in an old vehicle with not AC. All this after paying premium $170 for a one way transportation.
When we arrived at the property Leo was not were to be found. They assigned us Lulu. This lady direct us to the bar in the lobby for the welcome drink and didn’t explain anything about the property. We didn’t know how to use the ownership, we didn’t know what we were entitled to or not, we didn’t know what was open or close at the property nor did we receive hours of operations.
My best friend arranged for a delight to be delivered to my room before arrival and we never received. They use the excuse that we had our DND at our door during our stay. However, they never called us, never notified us nor tried to make any kind of contact with us.
At the end we never received the delight!
The sales team tried to push us to purchase their ownership by downgrading my best friend ownership. According to them my best friend ownership was “shameless, was not good enough, or show prestige”.
We expend over $800 on the all inclusive, and half of the property (amenities) were closed. And the one that were open had specific days and time. None of this information was given to us at arrival.
My best friend spoke very highly of this property. He purchased before the change of ownership and his expectations were always fulfilled; which is a lot to say for someone who work in the hospitality industry and runs a hotel himself.
Neither my best friend nor I would ever recommend this property to family or friends. It’s clear that the change of ownership did affect the way that the business operates today.
