Absolutely lovely !!!
My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with exceptional hospitality that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I was given a delicious refreshing drink.
The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Very peaceful, elegant, and meticulously maintained. Every detail, from the stunning architecture to the lush landscaping and ocean views, created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
Every staff member I encountered was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even acknowledged my birthday in several different ways. With a complimentary dessert & a complimentary breakfast.
Housekeeping was impeccable. She helped me with my dress fastening & other things that she wasn’t obligated to.
This was my first solo international birthday trip, and the Waldorf Astoria made it one I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a resort that combines luxury, tranquility, world-class service, and an unforgettable guest experience, I cannot recommend this property enough. I would absolutely return without hesitation.
The most relaxing vacation
Antonio and Jorge are the best Bell team around! Antonio is also a great photographer if you want any your photo taken in the lobby area. They will always be the first to greet you even if you are just passing by them.
Gone down hill
This is our third year staying at the Waldorf. This year they introduced an all inclusive scheme. It’s not going well. We were woken up with our room full of cigarette smoke. Another night drunk party people woke us by screaming and loud music at 1am. My wife’s birthday dinner at Malepque was ruined by the same group yelling and screaming in the restaurant. It’s sad but this is our last year coming here. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to vacation in luxury. It’s turned into a cruise ship atmosphere

Amazing staff members
All of the staff members were extremely kind to my whole family and make the experience unforgettable. Some staff members that stood out to my family was Samuel at the restaurant malpeque, Samuel always had a smile on his face and his service was out of the world. Another member who was very helpful was Adrian at Chaya, throughout all the meals Adrian was quick with his service and from the moment we were seated he changed my families experience. Lastly one more member who stood out on our trip was Javier by the pool. Javier was extremely kind to my family and always made sure we were satisfied. Overall the trip was amazing but these individuals were what made the experience.
