Our stay was truly amazing and unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional level of service, the friendly and courteous staff, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Every detail made our experience special, and we would be delighted to return. Alejandro (Alex) provided exceptional and highly professional service during our Pilates and kayaking activities. His expertise, attentiveness, and friendly approach made the experience even more enjoyable. Jesus from the restaurant was also incredibly kind, polite, and friendly. His warm and welcoming attitude made us feel very well taken care of.
The best staff ever. Very, very clean. Great internet. Great pool. We had an awesome time. Everyone treated us like family.
Great place. We got two villas to accommodate 9 people. I love how the rooms are 2 bedroom villas so you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances. We didn't do the all inclusive because we weren't going to be spending a lot of time at the hotel so we were able to grocery shop at the grocery store. The swimming pools are really nice one has a swim up bar the other one had water excercise class in the morning.
Our vacations at the Royal Resorts are always great! The Royal Cancun is perfect for a low-key getaway. The staff is always hospitable, kind, attentive and professional. The grounds are beautifully kept. We love it and go back year after year!
We enjoyed our we week stay, time to do some tours and get some R&R as well. The hotel was very nicely equipped and location was convenient to activities and shopping.
