Fun and Friendly Staff
The service was crazy good. I got everything I asked for and the workers were extremely nice they treat you like you’re sitting on a throne. Carlos was especially attentive, getting anything we needed with a friendly attitude. Love this place! We also loved Diego and the fun vibe he brought to poolside activities and night time show!
Definitely recommend
Great atmosphere, great location, the suites are awesome and the service is even better. Diego and Stef helped us for our stay and definitely delivered an excellent experience.

A stay to remember
I can’t say enough great things about the Royalton Chic Cancún. The rooms, food, drinks, pools and entertainment were phenomenal! I think the best part of our time there was having Sandra as our butler. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back and requesting Sandra!

Everything was great Met great people The staff was amazing Maybe only slightly neg thing is the Italian food restaurant but maybe it was what I ate and the diamond club is a must especially for drinks I was a regular guest there for one day and the drinks were not as great but overall amazing!!! Thank you to everyone at Royalton Cancun chic
