We had a wonderful time. Our Butler Ross was awesome. He took great care of us on our trip. Everyone at the resort was so nice. It was our first time there but will not be our last. Rooms were kept super clean. Great atmosphere. It was super quiet at night so you could rest. There is several restaurants on the property so you don’t have to go anywhere. Beautiful beach view from our room. The price for the week was very reasonable.
My husband and I traveled with several other couples to Royal Solaris. We all had a blast. Ross is the best. If we needed something or make a change in plans, he was right there making everything smooth and easy. While we were at the pool, Lupita was awesome. She brought us food and drinks. She always remebered what we were drinking or what food or snacks we preferred. This 2 made our trip memorable. We will definitely be coming back.
We had a wonderful experience at Royal Solaris Cancún! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff truly made our stay special.
A special thank you to Ross, our butler, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service really stood out and made our vacation even more enjoyable.
We also want to recognize Lupita, our pool server, for her amazing service. She was always friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed while relaxing by the pool. Her warm personality and great service made our pool days even better!

Our week at Royal Solaris was wonderful, but what truly made our vacation so special was Ross. From the very first day, he made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.
Ross didn’t just provide great butler service—he added something special to our entire vacation. He was always there when we needed him, often anticipating the little things before we even thought to ask. Every interaction with him felt genuine and personal. His kindness, warmth, sense of humor, and attention to detail made us feel less like guests and more like people he truly cared about.
There is something incredibly special about being able to completely relax on vacation because you know someone is looking out for you. Ross gave us that feeling all week long. No request ever seemed like a bother, and he always greeted us with a smile and a willingness to help.
By the end of our week, saying goodbye to Ross honestly felt like saying goodbye to a friend. He became such a memorable part of our vacation, and when we look back on our time at Royal Solaris, he will absolutely be one of the people we remember most.
