Highly recommended for family vacation
Highly recommended for family vacation, clean, facilities, bedrooms clean and comfy, food and beverages with qualité and very diversified menu. Staff friendly and helpful. We really appreciated staying at NYX.

Best hotel ever
We had a wonderful time, Stephanie, Jordan, Francisco and Maika and many others were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend. Me and my husband will be coming back here for sure!
Nyx resort amazing !!!
Stephanie Jordan and Francisco were absolutely wonderful at the pools activities. Maike at the front desk always meets you with a smile and conversation. My wife and I loved the trip and will return 💙

Poor
I will not return to this hotel. I did not receive the room I was expected based upon the photos shown on Expedia and NYX website. I was downgraded to a standard room and paid for a junior room. Later lied to by hotel management who refuses to refund me the difference and now I must file a dispute with my credit card company.
