Have some work to do....
Resort is only one year old. There are still alot of quirks that need to be worked out. Our stay at this resort was shadowed with a rough start. However, the concierge and other staff were amazing.
Great Birthday Trip
The staff made sure I felt special for my birthday from the ribbon on my door, cake delivered to my room, and personalized birthday message on my beach towel by the pool.

I stayed at Secrets Mirabel Cancun for my birthday weekend and had a great experience all around. The resort itself was beautiful, the rooms were clean and well kept, the pool areas were nice, the food was good, and the service throughout my stay was on point. I really don’t have any complaints about the property.
But I definitely have to give a special shoutout to Elfrain and Carlos at the lobby bar. Those guys made an already good trip that much better. Every time I came by the bar, they took care of me, made some great drinks, and always had good conversation. They actually put me onto Palomas for the first time, and I can definitely say I left Cancun as a fan .
What I appreciated most was that it never really felt like they were just doing their job. They gave me tips about the resort, places to check out around Cancun, and just treated me with genuine respect the entire time. Hanging out at the bar with them honestly felt more like having drinks with family or some friends than being at a hotel bar.
Overall, great resort and a great birthday weekend. Much respect to Elfrain and Carlos for the hospitality and for helping make the trip one I’ll remember. If I make it back to Cancun, I’ll definitely be stopping by to see them again.

amazing service from the moment you walk in! the views from our rooms are so beautiful, straight view of the sunsets. ambiance in the lobby is also phenomenal. for night one, we ate at their restaurant “Olio.” our server, Daniel Uribe, was so sweet and he really engaged with my friend and i. lovely food as well, would come back 100000000x.
Do not stay here!!!!
This was the worst experience I've had at any resort in Cancun, & especially a secrets resort. I felt like my husband & I were discriminated against a few times. This particular secrets was not up to our standards. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.
