Summer vacation at its best @ Moon Palace!
I recently traveled to The Grand in Cancun with my family and it was an amazing experience overall. The service, cleanliness, the food, everything was great. The only thing that needs attention is the pool at Sunrise. It is by far the most "fun" pool but needs lots of attention. All the staff is amazing but this time we were grateful to meet Abraham at the Riviera Maya restaurant, Moises at Trattoria and Mauricio at Gondola. Abraham is incredibly friendly, and it's so clear that he truly loves what he does. His positive energy made our experience wonderful, he made the Mayan Coffee for us and it was delicious! My kids really enjoyed the "show". Also Miguel Mayk (vacation planning) was a huge help for us and responded to our messages promptly. We always enjoy Palace resorts in Mexico! It was a genuine "pleasure" to be there.
Flow rider
Vladimir and Eduin were amazing at the flow rider. So helpful. So extremely kind. Great with the kids and parents. Taught my boys how to surf! It was their favorite thing to do this entire trip! These guys need a big bonus!!

Joel in the diamond lounge was fantastic. He took care of us everytime we came in during the week!
Also Krishna, our diamond concierge was excellent taking care of our every need even before we arrived.
Great trip
We had an amazing stay at the grand. The food was excellent. Absolutely loved Habibi, the Lebanese restaurant. My kids, 15, 12, and 10 could not get enough of the different pools and activities. A special thanks to.Edwin Bladimir and Edwin Fernandez at the Flowrider for keeping my boys entertained all week. They must have tried the surfing thing 100 times over the course of six days. Edwin and Edwin were patient, helpful, and by the end of this week, both boys look like pros out there. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Visit Moom Palace Cancun and enjoy a trip of a life time
Had a great time! The food was so good! Every eating establishment we went to eat was amazing! The restaurants were abundant and we had amazing choices of what we were wanting and the great staff was very prompt & and very knowledgeable of food choices. The facilities were very clean & well maintained. We enjoyed every minute of the time we were there! Hope to go again soon!
