Great vacation!
The guys at the FlowRider are absolutely amazing! Edwin Carmona, Christopher, and Eduin Fernandes are all incredibly friendly, joyful, patient, and helpful. They bring such great energy and make the whole experience so much more fun.
They are always smiling, encouraging everyone, and making sure you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. Their positive attitude and enthusiasm really stand out. They made our time at the FlowRider one of the highlights of our vacation!

Great Costumer Service by Leslie at Boulangerie
Love this place so much! ❤️ The customer service is always top-notch. I especially want to recognize Leslie at the Boulangerie for going above and beyond. I asked for a specific ice cream flavor that wasn’t available out front, and after I had already left, she went to the back to find it. She then actually came looking for me and found me at the café just to bring me a cup of the flavor I wanted! 🍨🥰 It’s those little extra efforts that make such a BIG difference. Leslie truly made my day and is a perfect example of exceptional customer service. Thank you so much for making my vacation even better! ❤️👏
Cancun the Grand Vacation
We had a great time at the flowrider with Edwin and Chris. They helped out me and my boy with teaching us how to surf and made the experience great. We try to come back every year. The Moon Palace resort has always delivered on a great experience for our family.

Wonderful family resort.
We love this hotel. We recently did a trip with a large group of all ages. There were things to do for little kids, teens, young adults and grand parents. The spa is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and do their best to help make your vacation experience amazing.
