Gondola Moon Palace Cancun
I was in gondola 27th august 8:30pm and i received great service from Roy all night in the restaurant the atmosphere was so warming and helpful Roy was so respectful,kind and his attitude towards everyone is so admirable he is such a true gentleman
Good experience - kids activities are great
We really enjoyed our visit!
The pools could use a bit more maintenance, and the overall cleanliness could be improved slightly.
The Public Relations team, especially Diana and Isabel, were incredibly helpful in resolving an issue we had with our luggage. They also surprised our son with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The playroom staff were amazing — Andrea, Regi, and Fer were all wonderful. They always had a great attitude and provided excellent service. They made our son’s experience even more special!

Fantastic resort, absolutely beautiful. Fun entertainment and decent food. The staff could not be more friendly and more helpful. Big shout out to Jaime at the pool bar......Great service, great character and made our stay even more enjoyable!
Good family vacation
We enjoyed our time as a family at Moon Palace sunrise, this was a great resort with lots of amenities for young families. The kids club is very impressive - lots of stuff for free play. Although our kids wished there were more structured activities at the kids club. As parents we felt like the kids club was very safe, the check in process is organized. We loved the pool area and kids pool.
We also loved the app. It made restaurants easy to book and it was easy to plan activities.
Clean rooms, promptly cleaned when we asked for housekeeping.
Our favorite restaurants: Trattoria (golf course) and Los corporales (Nizuc). Well balanced and delicious food at both. Shoutout to Ivan at Trattoria, we went to eat there twice. And he remembered us and provided great service; especially making it easy for our kids and making sure their food arrived first.
Cons: We’ve been to other big resorts in Cancun and we felt the shows were not as high quality (both for adults and kids). The beach is not as nice as the hotel zone but we knew that ahead of time. We also felt like the golf cart shuttle process was disorganized and not explained well. Especially after a long day of flying, it was chaotic at the lobby where there is no sign for the shuttle / clear system. Once you get used to the shuttle, it makes sense and is easy to hop on and travel to Nizuc/ golf course.

Great golf!
Excellent. Lots of open area and comfortable spaces. First time golfing and Instructor was patient, thoughtful, and helpful!
