Beautiful amazing resort with equally amazing staff! No kidding, the staff was absolutely phenomenal!! We felt welcomed every step of the way!! I 1000% recommend ands plan on going back next year

Our butlers, Teresa and Manuel, were fantastic. They were always there when we needed them, kept us informed, and helped with anything we asked. Our concierge, Oscar, took great care of us before we even arrived, arranging transportation, handling special requests, and booking events and dinners ahead of our trip.
At the Nizuc Diamond pool, Eduardo, Dan, and Ivan are always top-notch. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need while enjoying the pool.
The new gym, The Temple, is a great addition to Moon Palace. Josue and his assistant were amazing—encouraging, motivating, and a pleasure to work out with.
The Awe Spa was excellent, as always. Viviana gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She kicked my butt, and it was exactly what I needed!
