A Truly Special Birthday Stay at Marriott Cancun
We had such a wonderful stay at Marriott Cancun, and we are especially grateful for how they made our son’s 4th birthday so special and memorable! ❤️🎂
The Housekeeping Department went above and beyond by decorating our room with balloons, birthday signs, and a sweet birthday card. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and seeing our son’s excitement made it even more special. 🎈🥰
A very special thank you to Giovanni at the Front Desk, who took the time to personally make a handmade birthday card for our son. That personal touch truly meant so much to our family. 💙
We also want to give a big shout-out to the Kids Camp staff. Everyone was so nice, warm, and accommodating to my son.🥰
And of course, the food was great! We really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food throughout our stay. 🍽️

My partner and I spent most of our afternoons hanging around the pool bar, and that was hands down the highlight of our trip. Around two in the afternoon when the sun was blazing, Abraham and Esteban kept us totally refreshed with cold drinks and great conversation. We sat on the submerged barstools for hours watching the waves roll in, and they remembered our exact drink orders after just one round, which made the whole afternoon feel very unique. Aside from the pool, having Giovannie handle our check in so smoothly was great, and Marco took wonderful care of us at the Mexican restaurant later that night. The smart room controls were also neat to play with before bed. We are definately planning another trip back here next year.
I want to share how amazing our stay at Marriott Cancun was. The hotel is in the hotel zone, close to restaurants and stores. The hotel is very nice and has a lot of technology in the rooms that I haven't seen in other Cancun hotels. It is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The food was very tasty, and the service was excellent at the pool bar from Abraham and Esteban, at the Mexican restaurant from Marco, at the front desk from Giovannie, and at the hotel's main entrance from Hugo. I am definitely coming back soon!
Had the best time here at the Marriott Cancun. Everyone was so amazing and helpful and especially Enrique and Luis at the lobby bar. They were so friendly and the service was incredible.
