Birthday in Cancun
It was an overall wonderful birthday celebration for me and my husband. All the staff were warm and accommodating especially the 2 butlers assigned to our floor Billyjoel and David. They were very attentive to our needs like dinner reservations, bringing coffee and food to our room before we left for an early morning tour and packing lunch for said tour to cleaning of our room so we have a fresh and relaxing space everyday. They also send us daily text about the entertainment and special activities for the day so we were able to plan our day accordingly. And how can I forget the suprise balloons, chocolate pinata and champagne sent to our room for my birthday!! Yay I felt special.
I chose this hotel among other “all inclusive hotels” because of the great reviews on the restaurants and they were right! Food was amazing!! From the room service to the dining experience, bravo!!
One hiccup however was the agenda of a membership sales presentation. We apologize for not making to the meeting but our stay was so short that we didn’t want to waste it on such promotion. They did try to do another sales pitch while we were hanging out at the lobby.
It still was an overall wonderful vacation.Thank you for this memorable experience.

Our stay was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing butlers. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our vacation was perfect.
They were always kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Whether it was helping with reservations, arranging special requests, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, or surprising us with thoughtful touches, they consistently exceeded our expectations.
Their exceptional service made us feel truly welcomed and valued, turning a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. It’s rare to meet people who are so passionate about creating memorable experiences, and it did not go unnoticed.
Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back, and we hope to see you again on our next visit. You are a true credit to the resort!
Great views, good dinner, amazing staff
These people are amazing. They helped our stay and our experience here for our first time. Marta Patsy Miriam Maria Eduardo and Raul Brando Highly recommend this place for a wonderful time and the food was amazing. Drink service was on point. The highlight of the stay was the sea turtles came on shore to lay their eggs. It was an amazing experience to watch and observe from a distance.

Beautiful time
Eduardo Mena, in public relations, was absolutely phenomenal in helping my family and I have a wonderful time at Le Blanc. We had a few hiccups when we first arrived, but Eduardo went out of his way to do everything he could to rectify the situation and show us that he cared about our experience at the resort. Throughout our stay he checked in with my family and made sure everyone was having a good time. Eduardo helped turn our trip around and is the reason we will continue to visit Le Blanc and other Palace resorts. This resort has the best food, and the nicest staff you’ll ever meet. Everyone was welcoming and kind throughout our stay.
Need to Consider Diabetics
About 1/3 of your guests are diabetics yet Le Blanc has no sugar free deserts or syrups. I had to pack my own sugar free pancake syrup in my suitcase. But, gluten free products are readily available.
