Le Blanc is impeccably clean, safe, quiet and drips luxury! It’s impossible to describe the feeling you get as a guest of this resort in a short online review, you must experience it for yourself!

We booked the Honeymoon Suite ocean front at the last minute and days after returning home my wife and I are still talking about the overall beauty of our suite! What you see on the website is exactly what you will see when you arrive!

I want to stress again how genuinely concerned the staff is with your ultimate satisfaction: Alberto at Yama, Jarmon at Blanc, Pasqual and Fausto at Bella, Gilbert, Jeanette and Hugo at the pool, and our Butler team of Jorman and Jose.

We had an amazing stay at Le Blanc Cancun, and a huge part of what made our honeymoon so special was the incredible service from our butlers, Memo and Carlos.

Memo welcomed us when we arrived and immediately made us feel at home. We actually lost our phones during our stay, and Memo went above and beyond to immediately check with the staff and help us track them down. He even ordered packed lunches for us to take with us on our departure to the airport, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Carlos was equally wonderful. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of the stay was coming back to find that he had set up champagne, roses, and chocolates to celebrate our first night on our honeymoon, and our baths every night with bubbles and roses. He also answered all of our late night questions and made sure we always felt taken care of.

Both Memo and Carlos truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel luxurious and personal. Their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out to us. They are a huge credit to Le Blanc Cancun, and we’re so grateful to have had them as our butlers. We would absolutely recommend them and hope to see them again on a future stay!
