We stayed 7 nights at Le Blanc in an 8th floor lagoon view room. We really enjoyed the whole Le Blanc experience with fantastic food and service. We really appreciated the attention to detail when servers at the restaurants went out of their way to accommodate our food intolerances. The view from the 8th floor is also stunning, with sunset views over the lagoon. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs would block out any late night/early morning road noise. We ate at all the restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The highlight of our stay was releasing baby turtles, which was a truly magical experience. We managed to secure great spots around all the pools on different days which provided a chance of scenery and atmosphere. The evening entertainment was also excellent with a nice mix of acts and genres. The weather was perfect, no rain for the entire week we were there, with mostly sunny skies and 32 degrees.
Le Blanc was the best honeymoon for me and my husband! We had such a great time relaxing. Adults only made it extremely relaxing and quiet. The staff is so friendly and bends over backwards to meet your needs. Rene our butler made our stay especially perfect and made sure we had everything we need. Alfredo the pool bartender made the most excellent drinks with a smile. Every time we left our room we came back to snacks and a clean room. Room service was delicious and every restaurant we ate at was delicious. The smell in the hotel is like a spa. So good! If you want to relax, eat delicious food, drink amazing drinks, and be catered to your whole entire stay… STAY HERE!
Memo and Carlos were amazing butlers! Honestly the entire staff is great and the customer service is superior! They made the experience smooth. They were very knowledgeable and always willing to help.
My butlers Memo and Carlos were great. Always professional, personable and courteous. They anticipated our needs including coordinating my transfer to the airport and in room breakfast the last day to save time.
My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time, especially at the special fiesta that was held for Mexican Independence Day. A special shout out to our butlers, Juan and Rene for being so attentive and helpful, including remedying a couple minor hiccups. The entertainment staff was also great - Dani and Ximena - hosting activities of all different kinds throughout the day and our stay. Be sure to hunt down Edgar at the bars - best of the best, especially if he’s there with Artemio. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a couple of years!
