Very good hotel, clean and nice people
Great value all inclusive resort - close to shops and entertainment
Beautiful location, friendly service, cafe with pastries and sandwiches open 24 hours, buffet and restaurants. Yahaira at the cafe was sweet and friendly! Drinks were great at the main level on your way out to the beautiful scenery, The rooms were cool and the sheets were soft. Great value for an all inclusive resort.
Cons: We had to make reservations for restaurants, and if you miss the window in the morning, you’re out of luck. The hotel lobby and elevators are hot! They keep them off to allow for guests who are coming in from the pool to be warm.
Great Resort
We were pleasantly surprised with this resort. Iris at checkin was professional and friendly. Every question we had during the week, she answered with a smile. What a great first impression!
Our room was on the 11th floor. Very nice and clean but a bit outdated. ( no issues for us)
It was really hot so we spent alot of time at the pool. Javier the bartender was incredible. Friendly service. He looked like he loved his job. The servers were also amazing.
The “a la carte restaurants” were easy to access and the food was simply the best. Service was also excellent at all restaurants. All servers were very attentive, professional . Buffet had everything we needed.
The only negative is the very slow elevators. ( with no AC) But on vacation , we were not rushed with time….so all good!
We highly recommend it.

Caesar the great!!
The most amazing Caesar- such a beautiful human and server. Made out whole trip! I will just miss him so much and beyond recommend him. He is the very best of the best, thank you so much for being so amazing to us ❤️❤️❤️ such a beautiful person inside and out!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
It is so good and both our servers were great and food was so yummy and amazing.
We had a great stay and the Ayami restaurant is the best restaurant and Cesar and Alex provided the best service for us and they helped us a lot when we didn’t have many options to eat because we are vegetarian. They are probably one of the nicest people and are at the best restaurant available.
