An Amazing Vacation — We’ll Definitely Be Back!
We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! ❤️ From the very first moment, we felt such a wonderful atmosphere — beautiful grounds, cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent service.
We especially appreciated how attentive, kind, and helpful everyone was. The food was delicious and varied, the property was beautifully maintained, and the beach was simply amazing. 🌴☀️
We had such a wonderful vacation and would happily come back again. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special and creating such unforgettable memories! ❤️

Everything was great until we got scammed in the end by Ofelia
Our stay was actually fine until checkout. Then they hit me with a $150 US charge because I didn’t return my plastic wristband. Nobody told us we needed to keep it apparently it was somewhere in the multi-page agreement they hand you at check-in. When I pushed back they just pointed at the fine print. Zero flexibility, zero understanding. A resort this size charging guests $150 for a piece of plastic tells you everything about how they operate. Be careful here, read every page they give you, because they will use it against you.
French restaurant
We loved the French restaurant : Le Delice. Eduardo and Guillermo were our lovely waiters. They were so friendly and engaged in conversation a d explanations. . The food was delicious. We believe they might have used sousvide cooking systems to present a very soft and delicious steak and salmon. Highly recommended and far better than the other restaurants.
