This fantastic modern and bright hotel enjoying panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea is excellently located directly on the white sandy beach. It is ideal both for leisure and for business travellers, as the Cancún Convention Center is just a few steps away. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding area.
Jose the bartender served us with amazing drinks and outstanding customer service.
We had the most wonderful family vacation at Hotel Krystal Cancun this September. The location right on the beach is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to everything you need. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and gave us the best sleep quality every night. What truly set this place apart was the incredible staff, especially Paulina, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She did an absolutely excelent job taking care of all our needs with such a warm and kind attitude. The entire experience was extremely perfect for our family trip, offering unbeatable value, wonderful amenities, and top-tier service. We are already talking about our next visit to Cancun and will definitely be booking another stay right here.
Check in was typical, long wait. Room was clean and the view was nice. Only thing we didnt like was the pillows where pretty hard. The refrigerator is stocked with soft drinks and juices. No beer! First all inclusive we have stayed in that didnt have any beer.
Food was decent in the buffet and all of the restaurants was good. Not typical asian food that americans are used too in their asian restaurant so adjust your expectations. The Mediterranean food was basically italian.
The pool was nice and kept clean. The beach was great. Expect a huge amount of locals on the beach during the weekends. Stay to the left of the beach for swimming. Waves are not as bad.
Drinks, the hard alcohol that is used in their drinks are lower percentage than the U.S. equivalent.
The beer they serve is dos equis.
As long as you are not expecting a 4 star resort this place is worth the price you pay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful property, excellent service, and the many food and beverage options available. There was something for everyone, and everything we experienced was delicious and well done.
Our room was fantastic, and the ocean view was absolutely mesmerizing! Waking up and being able to look out at the beautiful ocean was truly one of the highlights of our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and we really appreciated the great selection of items available in the fridge.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our experience even better. However, I want to give a special shout-out to Yoly, who was absolutely amazing! ❤️
Yoly truly went above and beyond to make sure we were properly taken care of. She helped us with our restaurant reservations, was always available whenever we needed assistance, and genuinely made us feel valued and cared for. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in our stay.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again! The beautiful ocean views, great food options, comfortable room, friendly staff, and especially the exceptional service from Yoly made this a memorable vacation.

10 year anniversary ruined by the hotel running a scam for time shares and the taxi left us waiting for over an hour at the excursion we tried. The room and elevator are so old and stink like old smoke and carpet. The beach was full of rotten seaweed and we never swam once. We are still stressed out by the terrible experience we had there they wrecked a birthday and anniversary with their poor service, terrible service, and lying. I rather sleep in a homeless shelter than to be around this vulture camp.
