My favorite hotel
I have been to the JW Cancun several times over the years. I can honestly say every time is better than the last. I just returned from my latest visit 6 day visit. The service and staff are second to none. The food is fantastic. The hotel is spotless. I am a lifetime Titanium Member with Marriott. I have been to properties all over and have spent more than a 1,300 nights in Marriott Hotels. This hotel is hands down my favorite. I am already looking forward to going back.

Spectacular!
Absolutely loved our stay here! The winding pool, the pristine grounds, the gorgeous room, everything was perfect. Over the top service and stunning views everywhere you look. Gustino’s was delicious. The gym is impressive as well. Very quiet and spacious resort, barely any children around. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.
JW Marriott vacation
The JW Marriott is a wonderful vacation destination! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The lobby bar is a great place to unwind, with fun and friendly bartenders. Freddy and Ignacio make the best drinks, and Russell is fantastic too. The live music adds the perfect touch and creates a lively, enjoyable atmosphere each evening. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautiful resort with excellent service and great entertainment
July vacation
Great visit!! Freddy and Ignacio at the lobby bar were amazing! Benjamin At the pool bar was fantastic! Also, Chef Augusta was awesome!! Overall the entire experience was great! Thanks JW for such a great vacation! Your entire staff was amazing.
Best hotel in Cancun!!!
I don’t know where to begin. This hotel is 11/10 on everything. We love the atmosphere, the exceptional service provided, the food qualify, the pools, etc. Guillermo Canto is the glue of this place. Too many other superb staff to mention.
