I am based in Paris France. Traveling as a solo woman the experience was excellent in this hotel . My goals ? Find a very beautiful, peaceful and safe hotel with 5 stars experience. I had the relaxing experience I was expecting and more : clean, safe, beautiful. I really enjoyed the SPA, specially the professional massage by Mrs. Deymi, after my SPA sessions I was beyond relaxed. I enjoyed so much Mrs Deymi 50 minutes massage, so I came back to the SPA and tried the hidro massage. It is great to improve my sleep quality and my muscles relaxation. All the hotel personal was really professional , always gentle and listening to my needs. I had a health issue during my sejour and I was so glad to be in that hotel, because they had a doctor there. Dr; Hector came to my room to make sure anything seripus was going on, and he also provided prescription and the needed drugs : I was recovered Next Day. The doctor was able to understand my what my French drugs were and what I needed. The rest of the guest in the hotel were trqnauile families . I never had noise problems, or anything disturbing. The hotel is gay people friendly, and multicultural friendly , clients were so diverse and respectful and tranquile. During this trip I stayed 6 days only in this hotel. I was able to reconnect with myself, rebalance my sleeping , start a sport rutine : I started here new healthy and relaxing habits. I want to come back !
for the last 10 year I had been staying in this beautiful hotel and we love all the hotel and rooms excellent, but.... I was surprised to see Abraham and the Falcon Venus were not there anymore at the restaurant!!! Why you guys don't have anymore the guy with Venus the falcon that took good excellent care of the birds not bothering people when eating? the restaurant has a huge issue with all the birds on top of your dishes if you leave table alone, then I went to grab food at the buffets area and guess what? the birds where all over on top of the fruits, the cheeses area, the food are and here we go and grab food without knowing the birds where already walking on top of all food!!!! this ins insane not healthy at all! how it is possible this kind of hotel don't care about it and had being taking too long to resolve this issue? We did not enjoyed at all our meals since we all were watching over out tables this is not correct and I am disappointed of the management that had not done anything faster to prevent contamination of the food with the birds all over! and on top of that imagine if they poop on the food and you don't see it you will eat it!! come on guys! what is this mess??? Seriously???? please have back the Falcon! this is kind of disgusting we all can get sick from those bird sicknesses!!!
I was looking for a new hotel to stay at in Cancun with a nice beach. The Intercontinental has a beautiful beach that is well maintained. The staff was great and my room was very nice. I will come back to this hotel again when I return to Cancun.
I had the absolute best solo getaway at the Intercontinental Presidente Cancun Resort! I had been searching for a spot in Cancun with a top-tier beach, and this place completely blew me away. The beach area is so well maintained, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water that was ideal for swimming. My room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and provided the restful sleep I was looking for. Every single member of the staff went out of their way to be attentive, friendly, and welcoming from the second I arrived. Honestly, the overall atmosphere was extremely perfect for unwinding under the Caribbean sun. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking another stay at this fantatsic property the next time I return to Mexico!
