All-inclusive luxury has been redefined with an incredible resort in the most coveted location of Cancun. Inspired by the beauty and culture of the destination, a naturally elegant and airy ambiance blends contemporary décor with Mayan influences. Swim-up suites, authentic cuisine and sprawling infinity pools are just a few of the many delights awaiting guests at the oceanfront Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
Ideally situated in Cancun's most desirable location, Hyatt Ziva Cancun stands on the edge of a picturesque peninsula, the only resort in the region surrounded on three sides by the sparkling Caribbean Sea. The beachfront resort is adjacent to the city's vibrant entertainment district and just 25 minutes from Cancun International Airport.
We just had our fourth visit here. Everything was wonderful. We usually stay in the pyramid building, but since we are a family of five with a young baby now, we tried the club tower. The concierge/club butler team of Fernanda, Arcangel & Miguel met our every need. Miguel even went out of his way to help my son with a soccer ball souvenir. He was so incredibly thoughtful! Hugo at the pool cabanas was also great.
Best resort in Cancun, The breakfast buffet and the French restaurants are amazing, the rest of the restaurants are ok. Pool activities and shows are fun. The place is beautiful and clean and the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The go above and beyond.
Eight nights and we were not ready to leave. All-inclusive usually means “fine” food and watered down drinks. Not here. Breakfast at Tradewinds became the best part of every morning, partly the food and partly the guy playing guitar while we ate. That is not something you get at a normal resort breakfast, and it set the tone for the whole day.
Edgar behind the bar deserves a raise. He remembered our drinks, remembered us, and made the kind of conversation that turns a vacation into a good memory. If you go, find him.
The rooms were clean and quiet. Grounds are immaculate. Pools were busy but never chaotic, and nobody hustles you on the beach if you just want to sit there and do nothing. Over eight nights we never ran out of things to do or places to eat, which says something.
One honest note: the property is big, so give yourself a few minutes to walk from the far end to the lobby. Worth it.
Would book again without thinking twice.
I would not recommend this resort. First time I went was with a friend! It was great! So I chose this resort for my honeymoon! It was awful! We were treated like trash! The resort was hosting India wedding … We had to listen to their prayer everyday over the loud speaker as we relaxed by the pool. When we we went to dinner.. my husband was told he needed long pants! Ok.. he changed his clothing.. abiding by their rules. As we were seated in the restaurant .. we noticed the India guests were wearing swimsuits & flipflops! I guess .. money talks, Never again… ever since.. we enjoy a lovely resort in Punta Cana that treats all their guest with respect! Good riddance!
A near perfect family getaway! A well-staffed facility with quality touches all around. Lots to see and do for all ages, with dolphins to watch no less right in the middle of everything.A bit pricey, but worth it.
