Awesome time, great staff
We had an awesome time. Stayed in a swim up room, butler service was awesome. Brandon Rossy and Jorge were fantastic. Lots of great wait staff Lino, Sergio, Reyes, Antonio and Liga were awesome. We always had a clean room and fresh towels thanks to Felipe, Jesus and Alberto. Sand volleyball games and entertainment were awesome too with Daniel and his crew. Couldn’t love this place more
Best Hotel In Cancún All inclusive Adults only
Everything was excellent !! Thank you to Alfredo, Carlos, Alessio, Candelarlo at the Spice Restaurant. Fernanda took very good care of our room ! The greetings in all the restaurants were excellent. It was our fourth time at this hotel and we loved it 100%.
The new ZIlara, the same great resort with a new modern theme
We have been going to Zilara since 2016 and were not sure how it would look after the renovation, but we were really impressed. Everything looks really good, and the new ambience feels wonderful in person (pictures do not make justice, you have to experience it in person to feel it). If feels very upscale and the level of service is superb. I hope they will add more entertainment like they used to have before, but apart from that, I would recommend it 100%
Sweating bullets in restaurant
The restaurants like Pier 12 and Olio the Italian restaurant were extremely hot to sit comfortably or enjoy the food. I will not be visiting Zilara Cancun until they enclose these restaurants with air condition.
It was amazing!
Rossy and Brandon and Jorge were wonderful butlers! Maria was great at the pool. Food was delicious and the service was incredible!! My only wish was that there was more upbeat music at the pool during the day. It was very slow and quiet. Rooms were gorgeous!
