My girlfriends and I recently enjoyed an amazing girls' vacation at Hyatt Zilara Cancun, and it was exactly what I needed after a very stressful few months at work. This trip gave me the opportunity to decompress, relax, and truly unwind in a beautiful setting. This was actually our second Hyatt all-inclusive experience. In 2024, our group stayed at Hyatt Ziva Cancun and had a remarkable vacation. After another memorable stay at Hyatt Zilara, I am even more eager to experience other Hyatt properties in the future. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and several staff members went above and beyond to make our trip special: • Eduardo welcomed us at check-in and kicked off our vacation in the best way possible with tequila shots and a warm, energetic greeting. • Arcadio at Bugambilia made our Mexican dinner experience fun, lighthearted, and incredibly memorable. • Alessio, Abel, and Alfredo Chimal at Spices consistently made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs during every buffet meal we enjoyed. • Mireya and Noe provided one of the most luxurious spa experiences I've ever had. Their massage and hydrotherapy session was the perfect way to relax and recharge. While the entertainment options were somewhat limited, it didn't take away from the overall experience. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful property, outstanding service, and time spent with friends made this a vacation I will never forget. I took hundreds of photos and made countless memories. Thank you to the Hyatt Zilara team for helping create such a wonderful and relaxing experience. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, be pampered, and enjoy exceptional service in Cancun.
We were there before and after the renovations and were completely blown away with how beautiful it is! Not only is it a stunning resort, they have the most amazing staff who are the heart of the resort. We were most impressed with the following people... Gilberto/Spa - Always informative and helpful, not just with the spa but anything we needed with a beautiful smile Sandy& Erika/Activities - Always engaging the guest and making sure we had a lot of fun - Lovely ladies Luis Velasquez/Pool Waiter & Speakeasy - Always very attentive and just a joy to be around David, Ricky, Danira/Pool Butlers - Always helped with the cabanas and anything else we needed. Very helpful Juan/Server @ Bugambilla - Excellent Server and the sweetest soul. We spent 8 days there with another couple and it was amazing. Literally can not praise the resort enough. We will be back soon!
We had such a fantastic time at the Hyatt Zilara! The hotel is beautiful, the food and drink were delicious with a wide variety, and the staff went above and beyond. Ivan and Emilio in particular were fantastic and made our stay even more special. We will absolutely be back!
If you are looking for the best in class spa and service, Zilara is your resort. The pool, view and support from every member of the team surpasses every expectation. Jesus and Yanina at the Zen Spa are beyond fabulous!!!! And Luis the pool butler was amazing.

Our stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was five-star—from the service to the food to the overall experience.
The staff were wonderful, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. The food was excellent, and there were so many great options to enjoy throughout our stay. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and had everything we could have asked for.
We had such a wonderful time creating memories, enjoying the beautiful atmosphere, and simply being able to relax and enjoy ourselves.
