Awesome Resort!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara Cancún. The rooms, atmosphere, service, and amenities were excellent. Everything was clean and the noise level was acceptable for a resort. The food was outstanding. The service at the spa was perfect. The location and atmosphere were amazing. The only thing that could really use improving was the wifi connection. Overall, the value for our stay was exceptional. Thank you Hyatt Zilara Cancun for an awesome stay.
Beautiful experience
My husband and I recently enjoyed a 6 night stay at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. Our stay was really wonderful from start to finish. We especially would like to thank the staff at Pier12. Genny, Ricardo, David, Cinithia, Juan, Elizabeth and most especially Alfredo who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We loved the food and the cocktails, and the pools but what makes everything special about this resort is the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and kindness. A special shout out to casa Adelita as well. We loved cooking with Adelita and learning all about Yucatán cuisine from her. Our waiter Juan was also exceptional. We will keep Hyatt Zilara Cancun high on our list of choices when planning our next vacation.

The resort is beautiful and well kept. Just months off of reopening with all new renovations. It was immaculate!
6 restaurants and a coffee cafe… the food was excellent! We have stayed at all-inclusive resorts several times and always leave hunger and ready to eat at the airport, but not here! The food was Delightful and satiating.
The entertainment team blew our socks off…. They work so hard and provide excellent shows and experiences. It’s an all adult resort so typically winds down early but you can always find a late night crew at Highlights. Daniel and his entourage of entertainers never let us down. From poolside games to Mexican market to evening shows to karaoke and trivia….I don’t think he ever goes home. He’s GREAT!
Sandy and Elizabeth on the poolside entertainment were a constant fixture every day… these girls work hard hard hard! But they are so much fun! Gilbert was another happy face every day. The guy sells spa treatments and he LOVES his job! He was so joyful and smiley…. He remembered my name and came by to say hi everyday! Yes we bought a spa treatment for myself and my husband and probably wouldn’t have done it if not for him. The ladies, Eliza (facial) and Martha (massage) were great and provided an excellent service. The spa hydro experience was amazing. Only wish was for more time.
The pools were a tad warm but it was blistering hot out our whole week there. The servers at the pool were always willing to fill our Stanley cups and give us new drink ideas. Never had to wait for a drink. The beach crew worked diligently to keep the seagrass clear but it was impossible, too much.
The fitness center was pretty amazing. Not sure I’ve ever experienced a gym like that at a resort. Everything someone would need or want including all the fitness classes they offer. Jonathon and his team do a great job!! Super clean facility too.
The check-in / out team was super friendly and made both processes seamless. Never had any trouble getting our front desk calls answered and quickly addressed. Everyone spoke English very well.
The GM came out on the Friday White Out party and personally recognized the staff… that was really cool and meant a lot to the guests to see so much appreciation. Can’t say enough about the staff. There are so many of them and they all go above and beyond. Love their salutation when they see you… hola with their hand over their heart. 🩷
So many things I could go on and on about … we will definitely be back!!! Thanks Zilara for an amazing time!
