My wife and I came to the Hilton Mar Caribe to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was our first ever trip to Mexico. The resort was beautiful. Our room had a fantastic oceanfront view. Staff members were very friendly and helpful in taking care of any of our needs. Two members of your concierge team, Arely and Mari, were super. They were so caring and professional in taking care of us our entire stay. While the weather wasn’t great, we did give the spa a try and loved it. The hydrotherapy circuit was very refreshing. We spent a good deal of time enjoying the balcony when the sun wasn’t cooperating and in doing so got to know our dedicated housekeeper. Mirna was so professional and did a wonderful job in refreshing our room daily. I wish she could be at every hotel I ever stay at! Thank you for a great experience.
