I absolutely adore this resort. This will be my 6th time staying here and I always have the best experience! Johanna and Jonathan made my long weekend absolutely amazing! Johanna is so knowledgeable, professional and personable! Jonathan was so attentive and funny and made the best cocktails at the lobby bar!!! Elifiet made my check in process fast and stress free! I will be back next year!!!
Great hotel with great staff. Leo, Gonzalo and Michelle were great on the entertainment team, made everything fun! Really easy going types of people.
Just alone on night 1 we had amazing time at the enclave bar! Aldo was super nice and helped us keep the party going 10/10 service Ask for Aldo , Nestor they are the best duo to keep the drinks flowing (:
We had such a fun time with Reyes as our pool attendant. He was attentive, fun and the service was absolutely outstanding.
Reyes was the absolute GOAT at the pool. We had the best experience because Reyes took care of us. Celebrating our friend’s 40th was so special and so much extra enjoyment was because of the service and Reyes specifically. He took care of us and we love him for it. Wil return!
