My husband and I booked a last minute anniversary get away at Haven and we could not have been more blessed with such fantastic people and amazing service.
Jose with guest services met us on the first morning by the pool and made sure to go above and beyond throughout our stay. He set the bar high with his love of serving guests and made our trip SO special!
Alma by the main pool kept our drinks flowing and always had such a happy smile. I’m sad we didn’t get to do the dance off together before we left but we will be back!
Enrique at the buffet always took such great care of us. We always requested to be seated with him and he never disappointed us with his service.
The spa is beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed our treatment there and the hydrotherapy session.
Our meals were all great and the service was great minus one off night at Satsu. This was truly our only con of our trip. We requested drinks three times at Satsu and the waiter would just not come back to the table. Empty waters and overall slow but the food quality was outstanding.
As this was a quick trip we opted not to do serenity club and I do not feel like we missed much. We have had butler service previously and it was nice but the staff here are truly incredible and want to ensure you are happy and taken care of!
The coffee shop in the lobby became one of my favorites! Great coffees and teas and a good selection of pastries.
The resort is beautiful and well done. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pools are clean and the pool bars are top notch.
But let’s talk about the beach. The sargassum is not great. It really hinders enjoying the beach and there are usually red flags cautioning against swimming. The water is not a beautiful blue. If you are okay with impeccable service, beautiful rooms, top notch staff, and amazing food and drinks come visit Haven Riviera Cancun I do not think you will regret it.
Haven Riviera is exactly what the name says! It’s the perfect place to relax, have a little fun, and be taken care of by an incredible staff team. This was my 7th visit and I’m already looking at days to book #8. The attention to design is one of the reasons that I love this resort so much. The spa is called “My Senses” and there is an intentional effort to ensure that you know you are ON VACATION from the moment you arrive. Every single staff member is the model of professionalism and they truly work as a team. On this trip, our butler Pat was so helpful. He touched base each day and was available to connect with other members of the team for anything we needed. The Serenity pool team (Eli, Blanca, Alma and Eduardo) were a special highlight on this trip. It rained more than we’re used to, but they made sure we still had fun pool days! Eduardo made sure the beers were icy cold and Blaca suggested a whipped peach Bellini that was delightful. We loved that staff we’ve met before remembered us and took a minute to say hello (Nacho, and so many of the other serenity staff)). My friend loved the foam party and I really enjoyed the hydrotherapy. The food was great and we appreciated the umbrellas in the room to help get us there some nights. If you like to mostly chill and also like to have a little fun - Haven will not disappoint.
The bracelet making class was a nice activity. Angel and Yale were entertaining and helpful. Both have wonderful personalities. Yale will put a smile on your face.
3rd trip to the Haven to celebrate my wife’s birthday along with our friend and the Haven did not disappoint the rooms food and especially the service was outstanding again. Special thanks for making out trip the best possible Colunga and Carlos at the swim up bar, Axcel,Adrian and Angel at the lobby bar along with Sandra at the buffet for the most excellent service you could ask for. Already booked for February for our 4th visit to the Haven with a group of 9 so far can’t wait
Enrique is phenomenal!! I went on a girls trip and he was fantastic and amazing!! He was so accommodating and we are already planning our trip next year with him. If you want the best service ever, he's your guy! First girls trip ever and best girls trip ever!
