Absolutely amazing experience , our butler Miguel was top notch . I thought serenity was worth the xtra money even if for the pools only . Bartenders make great nonalcoholic drinks / snacks at the pool were a plus. Beach was not swim able but we knew that before our trip . Did not leave the resort didn’t need to .

We opted for the Serenity Club, and the added perks truly elevated our stay. Private check‑in was seamless, and we were immediately greeted by our assigned butler, Paco, who provided a personal tour of the property and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Paco handled all our dinner reservations and assisted with scheduling additional activities, including golf.

We did encounter a few minor issues with dinner reservations at individual restaurants, but once communicated, Paco went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and professionally. His attentiveness made a noticeable difference in our overall experience.

Two staff members in particular made our trip unforgettable: -Pedro at the Sunrise Bar is an exceptional bartender whose service truly stands out. His attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine passion for hospitality made every visit a pleasure. Pedro remembered our drink order after the first visit and greeted us with enthusiasm each time. His professionalism and welcoming nature set him apart. Sunrise Bar is a must‑visit, and Pedro will make your experience extraordinary. -We also want to recognize the wonderful server at Tahani, where we enjoyed breakfast several times. Although we didn’t catch his name, his service was outstanding. He remembered my order each morning and even made a special hot sauce for my omelet, such a thoughtful touch that made breakfast feel personalized and memorable.

For entertainment, we highly recommend attending the Tahani dinner and dance show, which was a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the nightly live music in the lobby is fantastic. Different bands perform each evening, offering a variety of styles that appeal to guests of all ages. It’s a great way to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere.

Overall, Haven Riviera Cancun, especially with the Serenity Club, offers a relaxing, enjoyable, and service‑focused experience. The staff members who go the extra mile truly make the resort shine. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic trip from start to finish - service was fantastic haven’t had service like it anywhere before…big shout out to Pedro at bar sunrise and Carlos who were very accommodating and made the trip very memorable…all the staff from pool to the rooms to the restaurant and bars were fantastic…food was great and atmosphere was lovely and chilled for the 2 weeks was perfect place to come to switch off
