Amazing
It was an amazing experience! First time at Haven. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and attentive. Our butler Paco was amazing and went above and beyond making our stay and my birthday the best yet! Thank you Paco! 🫶🏼 Ernesto (poolside) was absolutely amazing and made the experience so wonderful! He was attentive, friendly, remembered our names and drinks that we like. He definitely went above and beyond our entire stay! Thank you Ernesto! 🫶🏼 Charlie Brown, Joey and Yale made the activities at the pool so much fun! Thank you Charlie Brown for being our ref everyday at water volleyball!! You were amazing!🫶🏼
Best resort I have been to yet!!
I am currently staying at this hotel, which is our second time in a year. I’ve always searched for a resort that met my expectations of above and beyond service that makes an incredible getaway. I have found it. This is an adult only resort. The atmosphere is different in each area you go there’s a main pool which is the upbeat party centre then there is a circular pool, which is the more relaxing, quiet area, and the serenity pool, which is for serenity club members. the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We chose the swim up room facing the ocean. It is an experience I will never forget. Whether or not you upgrade to the serenity club, you will still get absolutely amazing service when we were here in October we did regular it was fantastic this time we upgraded to serenity club and I’m not sure how but it was even more fantastic. We have a Butler named Denise , who takes care of everything. She is amazing so I do totally recommend. Remember if you’re celebrating a birthday or an anniversary to let them know and trust me it’ll be a weeklong celebration! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel special. I give this resort an A+.

Yale & Pedro are amazing!!
Yale & Pedro are amazing! Yale taught Spanish lessons pool side and Pedro kept us hydrated during the lesson. Haven is amazing and the staff keep everything exciting even through a flash rain storms. This is our second time here and we will be back again. 💕
