Horrible Hotel
Horrible employees. Our butler was great (Ariana) the rest are horrible and need to be sent to hospitality training. I work in customer service and this was trash. Thanks for a horrible stay.

Grand Park Royal-Amazing Vacation!! The food was amazing, the staffbwas excellent and we had the best 8 days on vacation
This vacation was our favorite vacation ever. We go every year to this hotel but thisbyear was our favorite. The food has improved greatly. The room is gorgeous as always. The entertainment was phenomenal!! The staff, as always was amazing! There is construction going on but it did not bother us at all. We stayed in the Villas but there is construction by the pool and adult pool. It actually did not disrupt us at all. Carlos at the pool is an amazing and fun host!!! Edgar at the Gelato place is also such a sweet and welcoming person. Can't wait to go back next year
Not pleasant experience
With guests hogging up and crowding the area it was not very pleasant. Staff seems not to care that other guest dont get to use things because people crowd the areas and over use the places.

Having a great time especially dining at the Andiamo restaurant. The food is great and the service is excellent. Higher recommended this place.

Staff keeps the hotel spotless, they are very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, highly recommend
