Lovely good priced five star hotel offering
Lovely hotel! I know there might be better hotels in Cancun as we know but this one is really good. It’s a really good priced five star hotel offering good food, good restaurants and customer service is fantastic and very professional staff. The only thing missing is more entertainment like a small disco or some shows (or maybe I didn’t see them) but overall amazing hotel and not to mention the rooms, which were really good and the details when you arrive are awesome.

Excellent Celiac Disease (Gluten Free) Awareness
We had such a wonderful experience at Solaris Caribe in Cancun, especially thanks to Paulet! I have celiac disease, so eating safely while traveling can sometimes be stressful, but Paulet went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
She was incredibly attentive to my gluten-free needs, took my concerns seriously, and made sure I understood what was safe for me to eat. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference and allowed me to relax and actually enjoy my vacation without constantly worrying about getting sick.
It’s not always easy finding someone who truly understands the importance of cross-contamination when you have celiac disease, but Paulet was extremely accommodating and reassuring throughout our experience. Her care and hospitality really stood out.
Thank you, Paulet, for making our stay so much more enjoyable! Solaris Caribe is lucky to have someone like you. We truly appreciate everything you did to make sure I could enjoy delicious food and feel safe while doing it. Highly recommend!

Solo trip , Amazing
First of all the resort sent a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The staff is very friendly & checks on all their customers. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful & easy to talk to. My room was spacious , clean & always smelled amazing. The food was very good no complaints, drinks were great as expected. The staff here works very hard to keep everywhere from the rooms to the pool area clean at all times. Yzrael & Pedro were very friendly & nice to meet. They made everywhere feel welcomed & had insight on anything I needed to know. Yzrael was great at water aerobics & his energy was good. The trip & stay were very affordable & I can’t wait to come back again. I would highly recommend this adults only all inclusive to anyone who will listen.
Amazing resort!
GR Solaris Caribe was AMAZING. The resort was extremely clean. The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and very helpful. I especially enjoyed the activities lead by Israel and his team, Oliver and Lupita. The shows were great - special shout out to Sulieca!!
The food was great and was made better by the service we received from Yuriel, Josephina, Antonio, Didier, Cruz, and Mariel. There were many many more staff that I wish I could name specifically!
Lastly, our concierge was extremely helpful and made our stay seamless. She made reservations for us ahead of time so we really didn’t have to worry about anything!
I highly recommend Solaris Caribe!
