The food its delicious, the hotel its great and clean, the activities and games at the pool with Jonatan and Alexander are a 10 out of 10.
We’ve been going for the past five years and our experiences are always amazing We were there January, May and Labor Day weekend never a doll moment at this beautiful place we are members there. What are the main reasons was because they always treat us like family everyone since we started going there Jonathan Bonilla is the one who always attends to us like we’re his family never fails. We appreciate him so much for all his help. We see him more like family also Christopher Jonch is there another reason we became members he’s always so attentive to us also Pedro at the Pool bar best bartender there is with a kind heart Paola at the front desk, super sweet and always welcoming when we get there last at least El Capitan Eladio always treating us like his family everyone there is so respectful and nice. We love going there and I don’t think we’ll ever stop thank you to all and I hope you recognized these wonderful people that I just mentioned. We’ll see you again soon in May.
Carlos and Alex are kind to us during the Zumba dancing event and the bracelets. Giving good credit to them. And the people are serving in a positive attitude. We felt welcomed in our stay
We came for the Austin Wuethrich and Carly Myers destination wedding. It was top notch all the way! Service was fantastic and JJ our poolside server was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Whoop whoop!! Elgio was great too! Cecelia the wedding coordinator was a joy to work with. The food and service for the entire wedding event was amazing! All in all it was an absolute blessing and joy to be a part of all this and have a wonderful experience and made great memories at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. Excellent job all!!! Thank you so much for all you do to make it an incredible time for all. 🙂
Alexander and Jonathan part of the entertainment crew were awesome and very engaging!! They made my stay very enjoyable! It was a solo trip and the entire staff took GREAT care of me!! This was my 3rd time here and everyone seemed to remember me!! I am definitely coming back in a few weeks!!!
