Situated on a long stretch of beach ideal for sunbathing and swimming, this comfortable hotel built in traditional Mexican architecture offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon. There are public transportation links only 50 m from the hotel. In the vicinity, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and a bustling nightlife. The airport is 15 km away, Playa del Carmen is 65 km away, whilst the Riviera Maya is 95 km from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Fiesta. The food was decent, and the rooms were well maintained. We enjoyed our ocean view room with the Juliet balcony. The biggest pros of the resort were the pools, food (I particularly like Mexican food) and the availability of the seating at the pools and beaches, maybe because it’s low season in October. The cons were the resort itself is very small so not a whole lot to do so 3-4 days is more than enough of a stay. Also there were some areas that were harder to access via a ramp and we had to go around with our baby and stroller. I do have to mention the one memorable stand out was one of the staff members at the resort Eladio, who was one of the most accommodating staff members of any resort I’ve been to. His attentiveness in helping me, my wife and our child really stood out to help make it more of a relaxed experience.
Went here for a girls trip from 9/28-10/2 and this was my very first time at an all-inclusive resort. Long story short I would come back here in a heartbeat! The resort and room were very clean, the food was great, and the staff was easily the best part of our trip. My group really took a gamble weather-wise by coming at the end of Sept. and we unfortunately only got one sunny day, but the entertainment and pool bar team made sure every day was a blast regardless of the weather. Eduardo and Pedro were our go-to bartenders at the pool, and rain or shine, they were there to keep the laughs and drinks flowing! The entertainment team (Alex, Charlie, Johnny, Johanna) did an amazing job with the games throughout the day and night. They even made mr friends and I the cutest bracelets on our last day! I cannot wait to visit again when the weather is a little bit nicer. This was a great resort to relax and also have fun, while not being smothered by the “party-culture” than some other resorts advertise. 10/10
Henry, Eladio, Angel, David, Aidreb, and I’m sure I am missing some important names, the whole entertainment team. Mucho mucho gracias. Gaby our room service lady, was amazing. From the moment we arrived they treat us like family, this is why we chose to come back! Thank you for having my family and I for a vacation much needed.
Our stay at Fiesta Americana was better than expected. All of the staff starting at check in to wait staff were extremely pleasant and friendly but Eladio, GianCarlo, and Rodolfo went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. There were so many food options that even our picky child had an abundance of choices. The view from our room to the ocean was beautiful. And the beds were so comfortable. Will definitely return in the future.
Juan Carlos from the buffet was excellent. Also, Adelis, from the coffee shop was great to talk to very morning. Last bout not the least, Andreas from social club was very helpful and a very happy person.
