There are public transportation links only 50 m from the hotel. In the vicinity, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and a bustling nightlife. The airport is 15 km away, Playa del Carmen is 65 km away, whilst the Riviera Maya is 95 km from the hotel. The entertainment team and food service was excellent! Specially Alex, Sani, and Carlos! Oscar was an amazing server!

Fiesta Americana is one of the best resorts in Cancun. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious, and there are plenty of events to attend during the night. My favorite part was definitely the pool, which is very clear and spacious. By the pool, there are people who are working to entertain you and create an upbeat experience. The hotel room itself was very clean, and the room service did a wonderful job cleaning it. Although there was loud music playing outside, the noise died down around midnight, and the room was quiet enough to sleep in. Overall, I would recommend staying at this resort again and I see myself coming back in the future.

Carlos is sick all the entertainment staff are amazing Alex and Sinai too I wish I knew all their names so so so much fun. Slow elevators though! Lots of staff always grabbing you stuff so u don’t even have to get up lol
The Perfect Vacation
We love it here!!! All the staff is absolutely amazing. We feel welcomed from the second we get off the taxi to the moment we leave. Eladio and Alfredo and David at the dinner services, Jonathon, Carlos, Diana, Nestor and Alexander from the Entertainment team and we cannot forget PEDRO at the Bar!!! Everyone is an absolute delight and everyone is here to make your stay memorable and special. See you in May!

I had a great vacation with my family here! My room was good, the staff was great, and my drinks were delicious. I had a great experience with Carlos, Nestor, Sinai, y Ana! They helped me make nice bracelets 🫶🏻
