Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive

My family and I spent six days at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, and the experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff greeted us warmly, and the refreshments offered at check‑in were a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.

I want to highlight Andrea, our concierge, because she truly made our stay unforgettable. I travel frequently around the world, and it’s rare to encounter someone who stands out the way she did. Andrea helped us resolve a few airport‑related mishaps, arranged several accommodations for our family, and checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. On the third day, she even sought us out just to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun has a remarkable employee in her, and she deserves to be recognized.

The resort itself is beautiful. The all‑inclusive experience was more than generous — with a family of six, we ate and drank far more than expected and enjoyed every moment. The pool was a favorite spot for all of us, and we even took professional photos during our stay. The gym is a bit small, in my opinion, but everything else about the property was fabulous.

One of the most memorable moments happened on our last night, when we watched large sea turtles laying eggs on the beach. It was a magical experience for our kids and something we’ll never forget.

We will absolutely return. Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun delivered a wonderful stay, and thanks to Andrea and the rest of the staff, it felt like home away from home.

Our stay was wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with no noise, making it easy to unwind.

The rooms were spacious, and everything—including the restaurants, pools, and beach—was conveniently located just a short walk from our room.

Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Jonathan Bonilla, who went above and beyond by guiding us through every step of the process, starting days before our arrival in Cancun and continuing throughout our stay at the hotel. His exceptional service made our experience even more enjoyable.

Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and housekeeping did an great job keeping everything fresh and tidy.

The location was also ideal—only about 18 minutes from the airport, making travel to and from the resort quick and convenient.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again!

Go somewhere else!!!! The main buffet did not have many good lunch and dinner options, so we had to dine out daily. The snack/dessert section was awful...no cookies, what they do serve is tiny portions and the don't give out ice cream until a certain time of the day...I've never seen this at any other all inclusive in Mexico. Also, pls double check ur bank account once u check in!!!!!! They took an EXTRA $1,567.17 from my card information after I checked in, so they are saving ur card information. I double checked once I got in my room, went downstairs to confront them about it, they tried playing dumb, claiming they didn't know what happened, saying maybe it was a glitch 🤔😑😒.....a glitch with a higher amount than my room stay charge?? Yea right. They then said they could not cancel out the extra charge, told me I could dispute it with my bank and that when they received the chargeback, they'd "gladly" accept it. My bank sent it and they have not accepted it. The hotel keeps hanging up when I call about it, no one calls me back and when u email they say oh, we're working on returning the money.....it's going on a month....stop playing with my money. Save urself the headache and go somewhere else that will not try to steal from you. Oh, be prepared for the daily timeshare hassle 🙄
