Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Perfect proximity to the beach, oceanfront balcony room was nice, food needs to be better for in-room dining and buffet restaurants
Customer Service is horrible. Also we paid extra for preferred club but there was no difference. The snacks in the lounge are always old and taste bad. The room was worse than we had previously wothout preferred club.
This was our second time staying at Dreams Sands Cancun, and once again, we absolutely loved it! There is honestly so much to love about this resort from the amazing staff and great food to the spa, entertainment, and overall atmosphere.
But my absolute favorite part is the beach! The water is beautiful, calm, and has barely any waves, which is exactly what I look for in a Cancun beach. It’s perfect for just floating, relaxing, and enjoying the water without fighting big waves.
The staff truly makes the experience even better. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the food, the amenities, and just being able to relax and have a great time.
There’s a reason we came back for a second visit, and I would absolutely return again. Dreams Sands has definitely become one of our favorite places in Cancun!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic, always full of energy and enthusiasm, and made sure everyone had a great time throughout the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and supportive, always ready to help with a smile. The manager was also very kind and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to our concerns and making sure our issue was addressed.
The hotel was spotless, and the rooms and facilities were very well maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding service, welcoming atmosphere, and amazing team. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back! ❤️
Special Anniversary trip for us. The decor was beautiful! Staff was sooo nice & helpful. A smile from every single person on every encounter & a "It's a pleasure" each time. We felt very welcomed & cared for. Our room was perfect for us! In fact, we'd like the same room # next time - perfect location on property for our needs. The preferred club was definitely worth the extra cost - that Infinity Pool was so much cooler than the other pools - so refreshing! Lots of shade in the pool, too. A much needed relief from the heat. We loved it all! And the housekeeping is top notch - so clean every day! The restaurants offered a delicious variety of foods all day! We will be back!
