Miguel and Puran had an amazing guacamole making class! They were both fun and engaging. Thank you so much for the fun and delicious class!
Just did the guacamole making experience and chef Juran and Miguel from the entertainment team were awesome! The guac was awesome and fresh. Had fun!
Miguel was the best for our guacamole class!! So fun & nice. They gave us fresh drinks as well.
NOTE: I will update my review and rating upon upper management resolution to our complaint/concerns. We are currently staying at this Resort today is September 20,2026. We are in room 3411. We are part of a big group that travel here to celebrate mi nieces wedding.
The staff upon arrival was extremely deceiving and despite the fact that I kept telling that my sister and nephew were with me on the same group the forced the situation and separate them from my group and they tricked my sister into doing the “upgrade to the preferred area” and charged them an extra $400 dollars!!! They told her this will assure they will get them into the same area where the wedding party would be, which was a lie! I spoke to Lorena who introduced herself as the assistant manager. I told her they THE only way to resolve this for us will be for my sister to get her $400 dólares back. This is a big group for this wedding. My brother is already paying A LOT of money for this. We are all paying A LOT to stay here and on top of that they want to squeeze more money out of us! This speaks terrible about this company so, we are waiting to hear back from them.
