Great time with the wife!
Had a great time at this resort. Spent 7 days with my wife in a preferred club suite and we enjoyed every minute of it. The preferred rooftop pool had awesome views, the preferred club breakfast at the Asian restaurant was a highlight. We enjoyed the night club and bottle service at the pool day party. Staff was great, all the bartenders in the preferred club bar were great and the snacks in there were on point. The entertainment staff did a great job as well.
Wouldn’t come back
Would not recommend. Staff was not friendly at pool bar. Tons of construction. No night life. Can’t get a drink after midnight anywhere bc everything closes down. Several restaurants on site were closed down.
Not at good time to travel in the middle of a sale transaction.
The food for lunch and buffet were horrible. Very limited areas to eat. Our room fridge wasn’t working, bathroom was leaking never got fix. Staff at the bar were amazing Barrios, Sergio, Leo. They make our stay much better. Coffee bar was removed and everyday we needed to go eat to different restaurants since they decide to remodel between customers. 5 starts to the team staff. 2 starts to the management and owners of this hotel. I love the roof top infinity pool, hotel is amazing. The locals at the beach definitely killed our vibe. We paid so much for this hotel. Will never go back. Even the new owners change things. People should be aware hotel is sold to Hilton.
Amazing food
The food is amazing. I was so grateful for the healthy, fresh, well cooked options—even at the buffet. It is more of a party vibe (noisy) than I expected but still—clean, pretty, modern, and good value.
